I can not say enough about Sarah and her staff! Sarah and her staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The customer service here is truly genuine.The communication with my Dr to make sure my compounded medication is always tailored to my needs is amazing. I know my meds are made with care. I have been going to the Venice Apothecary for close to 10 years. This is a group of caring compassionate individuals. I never have to wait long and the customer service is exceptional. If you want to go to a pharmacy where you get treated like a individual as opposed to a number this is the place for you. I was in Venice visiting family and ran out of i vital medical supplies . Venice apothecary Was so extremely helpful and kind to me. Provided me with enough medical supplies to get back home. Extremely friendly staff!! Highly recommend!

All the technicians at Venice Apothecary have such a nice warm friendly inviting personality they make ordering your prescription so easy and they go out of their way to make sure everything is done for you I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and their willingness to help especially the pharmacist who is efficient and prompt in filling your medication needs!

After far too many years using the big box pharmacies, pharmacies which fill 300-400 prescriptions daily with the attendant mistakes, it's pure joy dealing with the Apothecary staff and procedures.

This is the best drugstore that I have ever dealt with. They are quick and care deeply for their customers.

Only use this pharmacy if you don’t need a compounded prescription! Just moved to the area and my doc called in a prescription on a Monday and was told the pharmacist would get to it on Thursday and call me. I waited until the following Tuesday and told the perky but very curt girl answering the phone that I had not heard anything. She said “sorry, you aren’t in the system. Call your Dr again. My dr called and was told my script had not been entered into the system so the pharmacist didn’t see it on Thursday. And guess what? Today is Tuesday and she won’t be in until NEXT Tuesday and then may not have the ingredients she needs! So if I had tried to wait it out with this so called Compounding Pharmacy, would have been looking at a MINIMUM 3 week turn around. That is assuming they didn’t lose it again! If I could have given them a big fat 0 stars, I would have. Even my doctors office said it was terrible customer service. We have now found one that is professional.
