MiMi’s Famous Crepes

This is our favorite eatery to visit in St Augustine! The crepes are always perfectly prepared and delicious, and we love the patio. Please please try the short rib crepe, they cook those short ribs so well that they’re always tender and melt in your mouth.
It can be difficult to find a seat when it’s busy, because there is no seating inside, and only a few tables on the patio.

Food was great, got #1 and #4! Love the garden area outside to enjoy the crepes.

We finally got a chance to try this little joint out. We have been missing out! It was delicious! The French Feast was amazing, and my bride loved The French Riviera. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well!The little garden behind the venue was beautiful and so calming 😌. We absolutely recommend giving it a try. Especially during a cool morning 🌄 we look forward to coming back.

What a delightful experience! The handmade crepes were not only delicious but also a joy to witness being crafted. The flavor was extraordinary, and the service was exceptionally friendly.

Great place to grab fast snack and take a little break from busy street. They have a nice patio on the back. Also they sharing space with pretzel bakery, my husband enjoyed pizza pretzel.

What a find! I had the French Feast and it was delicious with several flavorful meats, cheese and a delicate white sauce. Topped off with an egg. It was perfectly balanced, not heavy or rich. The garden behind the shop is quiet and charming. The service was excellent! They have savory and sweet to choose from and I can’t wait to go back

Heavenly crepes, sat in a little wildlife area eith plants and animals, the place where you order is hole in the wall, but in a good way! Very cute atmosphere, kind staff. Good service, they bring the food out to you.

A secret little garden behind the building. The guy that Greeted us had great customer service skills. We had never been there and he made suggestions. He over heard me talking about what I was craving and he suggested making edits to a signature menu item. He ushered us to wait in the garden and he would prepare and bring out crepes. Wait wasn't too long, but we were enjoying the atmosphere outside. I do suggest the LE PERFECT PEAR ( I added strawberries 🍓) this is a lightly sweetened crepe. A great balance. Fruits amwere fresh. We also had the LEMON DE LA CREAM & CHOCOLATE DEJA VU. Sugar is a bit more powerful in these selections.

This place has been out go to spot for breakfast. They have a breakfast crepe that is fantastic and can pick and choose your ingredients. They serve mimosas as well.

We come for MiMi's crepes every single time we are in St. Augustine. They are always delicious. The back eating area is quaint and charming with plants and flowers. It's a lovely respite from walking and shopping and sight seeing.

Absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend sharing because they are big. They also have a beautiful garden courtyard in the back to sit and eat at.

Very cute shop, there’s a pretzel shop attached in case you aren’t into sweets. The crepes are delicious, I tried Nutella and strawberry and the peaches and cream crepes.

There is a gorgeous patio at back to sit in. It looks like you’re being transported to a different place.

Always an excellent meal here at Mimi’s! We have been here twice now, once during lights during December and today on the 4th of July! This place has so many things going for it, and it’s a gem amongst all the other eateries here in historic St Augustine.

The line is rarely long, and if it is, it moves quick. They offer gluten free options. Their flavor combinations are incredible, and their service is over the top! Not to mention, you get to eat in the private garden in the back!

We’ve had times where our gluten free crepe mistakenly was made with wheat flour, and they are immediately on it, making a new gluten free one, and letting others in our party eat the wheat one. Every time we’re here, service is incredible!

I've had both Mimi's Sweet and Savory Gluten Free crepes; and they're excellent, flavorful, and filling.

It doesn't look like there is seating from the entrance; but if you want to the back, there's a beautiful courtyard with plenty of tables to sit in, some under shade.

Highly recommend stopping.

Fantastic dessert crepes, Friendly service, beautiful hidden garden area in the back.

We ate in the court yard. Our crepes were DELICIOUS. We were on our way to a different breakfast place and followed others into this charming restaurant. We both ordered #6 with over easy egg.

I've always wanted to try a crepe, and this place did not disappoint. The crepe was big, but not in a bad way, if that makes sense. I ordered the Lemon De La Creme, and it was fantastic! It wasn't too sweet, and the lemon, strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry flavors all blended together perfectly, and the taste was fantastic. The service was great, and it didn't take too long fot the crepe to come out. The atmosphere is fantastic, the private garden offering the perfect outside area to eat. I would absolutely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a good crepe, be it a first timer or a crepe expert. Would come again if given the chance.

If you don't stop here, you are missing out on a culinary experience.
We had the Bacon & Brie crepe, the French Riviera crepe, and the Chocolate Deja Vu crepe. These are sinfully delicious and very filling.
Service was excellent!
Eating in the garden was a nice departure from the noisy tourist traffic out front.

Went here for breakfast and it did not disappoint! Since I’m gluten free I’m always looking for good spots especially for breakfast and this was amazing! The atmosphere is beautiful. And the Crepes were incredible!!! 🤤 Will definitely come back next time we visit St. Augustine!

WOW! Their crepes are THE BEST! They are huge and super tasty, I like that they have very interesting feelings like brie cheese or lemon cream. I liked it so much that I ate here twice per one day. And their garden on the back is beautiful!
