A must visit during your trip to St. Augustine! The grilled cheeses are incredible - get the Mango Maniac and you won’t be disappointed. Lots of arcade games and pinball machines. Super cool signs and lights all over. Welcoming atmosphere and super sweet staff. I want to live here!!

My husband and I split two grilled cheeses and cheesy pesto Stix, all were delicious! They have an extensive menu and the option to fully customize your sandwich. A couple non-grilled-cheese items on the appetizer menu too. The ambience is great, whether you want to play the extensive collection of arcade games or listen to live music inside, or sit on the peaceful walled-in back patio like we did. It was a delightful grotto with low lighting, filled with plants. Very accepting atmosphere too, they have a list of rules on their chalkboard and they’re very focused on being a safe space for women and LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities.

Man, I really had a good time at Sarbez! They offer a huge selection of creative grilled cheese sandwiches. I had the CBTA, minus the A. Cheddar, bacon and turkey. It was great, came with some chips, and in a flash. I also had to try the fried cheese pickle dog. Just as it sounds, served on a hot dog bun. Very tasty indeed. They have a selection of craft beers but the real star of the show here is the arcade with a nice variety of pinball machines! I spent over an hour playing each one. Rush and Led Zeppelin and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were my favorite ones. Great spot to chill with friends. Thanks for a great time.

Super cool place. Interesting and delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. Great beer selection and awesome service. Lots of fun to play retro games and just relax. Will definitely be back and good for all ages.

We walked in as virgins and left this place needing a cigarette and a nap. 😜🚬

This place is so fun. You could spend so much time here and still not have seen all of the artwork and played all the games. It looks small when you first enter.. then as you round the corner, there is a lovely outdoor area, and past that a snakey path toward the very back where they keep the pinball machines and manual PONG.

We cannot wait to go back.

Unique place with amazing grilled cheese, drinks, arcade games, and eclectic funky decor. 80s/90s kids will love the floppy disk and cassette tape bar features! Definitely worth it if you love cool vibes and yummy food. The bartender/server chiquita with dreds was great! Loved our experience!

Place is perfect nifty.
All sorts of beers in tap, about 2 dozen grilled cheese and they were great I got one for ith mango ham bacon and it was amazing they have a great selection of pinball if you are into that which I am not. That's a few retro games spread out threw out the building

This spot is nice, family place to hang out and get a quick meal for lunch. I got the sourdough bread with mozzarella and presto. It was delicious it’s a much place to check out.

Funky bar with an amazing grilled cheese menu. Gluten free bread was legit. Our server was really nice. Arcade games were fun and they all worked! Make sure to make a pit stop in the Oprah bathroom.

I went with some friends, it was my first time but they had been before. they've got average prices, got the caprese grilled cheese (phenomenal but also I just like pesto a lot) with a root beer I think it was like $16 but glass bottled root beer so not too bad. overall had a great time, make sure you bring hella quarters. my only problem is there was no guitar hero but these days no arcades do anymore 100% would go again if I was in town

We loved our experience here. They have a wide selection of grilled cheese sandwiches. Get one with bacon; it is so crispy and delicious here. Each sandwich came with a pickle and Cape Cod chips. The games were fun and reasonably priced. The space is really interesting to explore, with cool unique decor everywhere. Sarbez! is a real gem, we can't wait to go back.

My niece said that Sarbez! was a cool place and the reviews and photos looked great -so decided to try it. Glad I did!! The sandwiches were over the top delicious. Staff was friendly, lots of room to explore—outside seating, and an arcade with a good mix of games! Wide selection of beer and help from the bartender getting a tasty lager to kick the night off. I’ll go back for the food, fun and bartenders.

Most important tho- they have so many great vegan options.

Staff is awesome. Back patio is cozy. Even when they're slammed it wasnt too long of a wait for food.

What a cool vibe! This place was amazing. The grilled cheese selections were wonderful. There was plenty to do while you wait and after you eat. They have an arcade where all ages can have fun

This is legitimately one of the coolest bars I've ever been to. The food is excellent, the staff are all really friendly and the tiny little Easter eggs of one-liners and silly quotes from patrons written on the walls makes this place stand out.

As a touring musician, I also appreciate the signs demanding that the patrons listen and buy merch. You folks are the coolest!

I had The Green Ranger with cheddar, and my wife had it with gouda. Excellent sandwiches. I also had a glass of mango sorbet, which is a very good mead and not sweet like you would expect. They give samples of the drinks on tap.
They have a pretty decent arcade with ten or so pinball machines in addition to video games.

This place is ALWAYS such a vibe! They have a really awesome crew, always friendly. Try the Fried Cheese Pickle Dog or the Mango Maniac. It’s beyond delicious!!

Awesome way to kill a few hours, at least! Dozens of updated pinball games, plus giant Pac-Man, and Galaga , etc. Takes me back many years. And… Fantastic grilled cheese sandwiches of all varieties. Big fun here highly recommended!

Such an awesome place! Tell Zach we sent you! They have the BEST grilled cheeses! Custom like you’ve never seen! And great craft beer!! A warm inviting atmosphere and OMG just a great local place!! I’d love to keep it a secret ‘cause we struggle to find great local places in this tourist frenzied town but these guys are great!! They have bands too! Eric the sound guy was phenomenal!! Warm family spirit!!
