We have 5 and 7 year old girls that have new Nintendo switches so we thought we’d take them to pick out a couple games in person since they don’t really know what they like. Let me just tell you… the GameStop employee was amazing. They showed them some YouTube videos of the games being played and also let them try them out on the demo switches. So patient and kind. Explained about the games so the girls could understand. It was a great experience and we’ll be going back to pick out more. It’s refreshing to go into a store and have a good experience.

The girl that was working last night jan 16th 2024 she was awesome helped me trade in my 2 ps4 controllers and got me set up with the midnight black edition ps5 controller i been searching for i usually buy games online but for all other gaming products such as controllers and other devices gamestop is the place to go!! And if you haven't seen the movie Dumb money go check it out!

I would just like to say that Kassidy was the most helpful store associate ever! She let me know a preorder for a game I ordered months ago was in and then continued to answer my questions about other games and gaming devices in the friendliest and helpful way! Thank you!

GameStop is always a good place to buy new and second hand games and related stuff. I had a great chat with the seller here who gave me many advices about what to bring on my trip way back to Brazil.

Great place they have all the games and I have always gone here since we moved the employees are kind and helpful always knowing what to get in fact they helped us find the headset we liked best even though they were way less money than the ones we we're going to get and I fell like I know them very well because I have been there so much it's where I got my Xbox one x, fallout 76, battlefield 5, and my rechargeable batteries. Thank you so much for always knowing what we needed and having patience with us.

The staff is so friendly & helpful. They always take time to explain when you have questions. We had questions about the DS XL and several games. Even looked up games & made everything very easy.

They seemed like a nice staff, busy time of year but they had a great system to get you in and out quickly and get what you needed.
Everyone was very friendly and greeted you as soon as you walked in the door. Prices seem to be on par with other stores in the area.

During the busy holiday season, I went to Gamestop to buy a gift for my son. I know nothing about gaming. The young lady that helped me was very informative, thorough, and courteous. Excellent service!

Great location, awesome people who really know their games. I bought 5 pre-owned games, and got one that was horribly scratched up but the rest looked brand new. Will be returning the game today for an exchange which should be no problem. Two thumbs up for a friendly and knowledgible crew!

This game stopped being offered a little more than the one by me . Aka Palatka store , but when the sign says 12 pm they mean it .

The staff were very helpful and friendly and they had everything available I needed and we're very knowledgeable about the questions I had.

The ladies working were wonderful. They even told us we could preorder Marvel Legends. No other Game Stop has done that!
