AT&T Store

I would like to recognize the new manger Jacob for his honesty, his knowledge, his quickness at his job for him going above and beyond for not only myself but, I also witnessed him helping and very angry lady who just left a different AT&T store locally that gave her the run around all day. He assured her he would fix the problem not only did he know quickly what the issue was she was smiling and having an enjoyable experience she left smiling.

This is important because it is exactly what happened to myself. I was inside another AT&T store locally not only was I ignored not once but twice in the same day they just sat there first time with no customers on their phones. Adults mind you..... Then was given false information just to try and get a sale.

I called this AT&T store not knowing what to do about my problems at hand. When Jacob answered the phone he was pleasant and very knowledgeable and I felt like I finally found someone who knew what they were doing and knew what they were talking about.

I let the staff at the "other" AT&T know where I was going and that they customer service had gone down the tubes. And that I didn't appreciate being lied to about the items I was there to purchase. A new iphone and new apple watch. Their loss and me finding a better AT&T LOCATION to go to and someone who actually enjoys their job. That was JACOB !

He ordered what I wanted had it delivered to my address. Also, told me to come back and he would do all of the setup for me so I wouldn't have to stress about it. And that he did...........

Jacob, I personally want to thank you for everything.. You were awesome and everyone there on 1/15/2024 was laughing and smiling and just enjoying their experience. Your customer service is on point.

I wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT today to the AT&T store in Cobblestone (Suite 102A). My phone wouldn't turn on so I drove to the Murabella store and they did a quick look and said i needed to file a claim and go to the store in Cobblestone. I accidentally went to the wrong location, but MITCHELL was very professional and asked what the problem was and asked to look at my phone. He was able to get it to turn on in 1 minute, which saved me time and money. The young lady that was with him was wonderful in helping as well. I wanted to say "THANK YOU " to this awesome team and I so appreciated their kindness and assistance!

Went to T-Mobile to change our plan from AT&T. Employees at T Mobile royally messed our phones and we ended up with no service for 3 days. We finally went to AT&T in Cobblestone plaza and thankfully Margaret waited on us. She was friendly, patient and Extremely Knowledgeable! She got our service back and also we got a good AT&T plan. Cannot say enough good things about Margaret. Thank you Margaret

I walked into AT&T today looking to purchase a new phone and I definitely came to the BEST place in St. Augustine. Kurt Grimes helped me step-by-step during the whole process. He didn't just help me purchase a new phone though, he also alerted me to their current specials (the internet did not advertise these specials FYI) which ended up saving me over $430 that I had planned on spending. He was patient, kind, beyond respectful and looked out for MY best interests. He made sure that all my information transferred over without a hitch and also installed my screen protector for me. The whole process took right around an hour and I walked out with a brand new phone, some accessories and my bill was much lower than I anticipated due to Kurt's prowess and professionalism. I literally couldn't have asked for a better experience. After today they indefinitely have my business and I strongly encourage you to check them out!

My IPhone 11 was not showing my voicemails on my screen. I was getting them but wasn’t aware of it.After calling Apple tech- did not know how to fix it -then calling AT&T CS who tried fixing by resetting greeting. Yesterday 10/29/22 I visited my local store. They also did not know what the problem was. So on a whim I stopped at the St.Augustine Cobblestone location. Margaret and Deonte greeted me and asked how they could help. Within 20minutes they figured out the issue and had it fixed. It was a”miracle “! I had spent 1 HOUR earlier that day waiting in the Palatka store to be waited on ,to be told they had no idea what the problem was but maybe it had to do with the updates.. thank you so much, Margaret and Deonte you guys were aggravation STOPPers.

Daniel Bergeron at the AT&T store in St. Augustine is a fantastic fit for his position.
He was so patient with the whole page of questions I had brought to ask. He helped me set up my new phone I received under insurance plan. He made sure I had all data on my new phone.
He also was able to handle other store traffic at same time.
He has a wealth of knowledge, professional demeanor, and terrific customer service skills.
I’m so satisfied with the service and personal treatment I received here today and highly recommend this location and employee.

Dave was amazing after attempting to contact AT&T telephone customer service on my own was horrendous.

I would highly recommend this store, Iverson and Trish were so much help getting me and my wife’s phone’s upgraded. Definitely will be back in the future!

I came into this store recently to get set up with the new AT&T fiber internet. I was then greeted by Iverson who was so much help, he was very knowledgeable about what internet I needed, got me set up no problem!

Fantastic, quick, honest customer service from David at the Cobble Village store!!

My mother in law reserved an iPhone at a nearby store to pick up at this Cobble Village location and as soon as we walked in, David was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond helping us back up, restore, and transfer all info to the new phone in no time. We had a fully functioning new phone within 30min and he even helped my mother in law find her favorite ringtone that she had thought was discontinued. A simple gesture but let me tell you, it made her night!!

I’ve had some poor experiences with AT&T before, but I cannot say enough good things about David!

I went into AT&T at cobblestone on Tuesday afternoon and Kurt was working. He was fantastic to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and able to help me with my problem. He had it resolved in no time. I had called the customer service many times in the past 2 months with the issue still going unresolved. I had the most awesome retail sales consultant today Daniel Bergeron from the Cobblestone store in St Augustine. He not only helped with choosing the best phone for me but also spent a lot of time helping me with a very difficult and ongoing problem with At&t .Daniel is an asset to this company is very polite, understanding, and represents this company very professionally I will recommend him to all my friends. I went to this store a few weeks ago to pick up a phone charger that I desperately needed for my car. I looked in the store window and saw that they were closed. I began to walk back to my car when an employee asked if I needed something. He opened the store and then went over my options. When I mentioned that I didn't think a particular brand worked well with my car; he then offered to go out to my car to make sure I was using it correctly. I was so grateful he was so helpful, as I had a hectic day and he saved me the hassle of going elsewhere and potentially buying the wrong item

I went to AT&T to upgrade my wifi, and Iverson helped me and my family so much! Always great customer service when I go into this store!

We have been going to this ATT Store for the past 6 mos and always schedule to see Andre. When one of our 3 daughters want to upgrade their phone or have an issue, I can always trust Andre to take care of our family cell phone account & get them the right phone upgrades for our Family Plan.
My husband & I recently went in to upgrade our phones & my husband said it was his first painless experience at a cell phone store. (He was using his iPhone 6 still as he hates dealing w/ this stuff. My husband was very complimentary of Andre.)
Nice thing about the store is so far there hasn’t been a wait, knock on wood. And if someone comes in, I have seen Andre make them feel welcomed & help them in between helping us without it ever feeling like an inconvenience. He still makes us feel like his main concern - and he is very fast too. We don’t feel like we will spending 1/2 our day there.
We recommend Andre whenever someone doesn’t like their cell company &/or their phone. We just tell them to tell Andre, ‘the judge sent them’! 😉 👨🏼‍⚖
We really hope ATT takes care of this young gentleman, Andre. It would be a tremendous loss for ATT if he went to another cell company. We would seriously consider following him as his service makes all the difference with our large family & service plan - We pay a lot of $ every month to ATT and expect excellent service which Andre continues to deliver.
