The Kookaburra Downtown

Very cute coffee place nestled on a busy street! It’s not too big on the inside but customer service is great and the coffee is delicious! I had the P.C which was delicious and I paired it with the gluten free vegan donut. Definitely worth stopping by to grab something to go.

Came to Saint Augustine for the first time. me and my group got two honey badgers (they were SO. delicious, totally recommend,) a lovely stranger recommended this drink as we were walking to it and we got a hot chocolate and mocha nut. staff was nice and the wait time was only a few mins which was great! they also have seating in a different room with high top chairs and tables. cute name for the coffee place. atmosphere is really good and the cafe had a nice aesthetic to it.

My fiancé and I were in town over the weekend and The Kookaburra is definite go to for some AMAZING coffee. We both had a hot honey badger and it was PERFECT while walking around the streets of St Augustine as a little pick me up (bonus points for also helping keep us warm). ❤ They have definitely become a must have for any future staycations and we couldn’t recommend them more! Service was also excellent both late night and early morning! ☺

Best peppermint mocha I’ve ever had! Workers were super friendly and informative. Really warm atmosphere (figuratively and literally), and cute decor!

A required stop every visit for several years now. Coffee and lattes are my faves! Convenient and quaint. The staff are always friendly. Worth the wait!

Iced Honey Badger Latte

Full of flavor and all complementing. Relatively cheap comparatively. Staff is also super friendly. The food looked good as swell, and will have to try some other time.

Skip the starbies down the road and shop local instead!!

hands-down, the best coffee in Saint Augustine. I have visited two locations here and was blown away by the amazing hospitality and the sinfully delicious coffee. from their specialty coffee to latte and cappuccino, everything tasted so good. This location is conveniently located in the downtown area with a few minutes wait line. The staff is very friendly and patient and her coffee is just out of the world. Skip Starbucks and try The Kookaburra!! Definitely recommended! Will be ordering their coffee beans to home as well.

This place had an amazing latte I have been traveling all over Northeast Florida believe it or not my favorite place is Wawa but this place is just as good if not better come here for your latte needs.

I get the Breakfast of Champions almost every morning. 1 large iced Honey Badger with whole milk and a True Blue Aussie Brekkie and Caramel Slices for my wife and I when they have them!

Everyone is great. Especially Jenna, Aubrey, Billy, Charles, Sarah, Jonathan and everyone else whose names elude me at the moment. I'm an addict.

Well, the Kookaburra is certainly a most kooky place to stop! I have a couple good friends who are Australian, so when I saw that this place serves Aussie pies I knew I had to go in honor of them.

Whenever my friends were stateside, one thing they always raved about was how much they missed their meat pies from back home. It felt like I walked into a part of their world being at the Kookaburra and it made me so happy.

We tried the sweet potato and feta pie and I really enjoyed it. If you’re a sweet potato fan at all and don’t mind savory pies, this one’s for you. Also, the vanilla/ cinnamon latte I got to drink was fantastic. They do also have a bathroom, but you have to ask a worker for a key.

This is a super cute and convenient stop in downtown St. Augustine and can be the perfect way to beat the heat and take a yummy break for a little bit. I’m not entirely sure just how authentic the Aussie pies here are (if only one of my friends from down unda could have tried), but this American palette sure did enjoy it!

Cute little shop with some wonderful homemade and creative options! Our order took less than 3 minutes to come out even when they were slammed and drinks were awesome! We got the mocha nut and green goddess that were perfect for a cold and rainy night. An incredible place order a little pick me up!

Finally. Proof that the USA can do good coffee. Still asked for a size for a flat white which is jarring… this is the must stop coffee stop in this town! Friendly staff. Nice vibes!

This is one of those places that is so trendy and tourisy you'll probably feel the urge to skip, Do Not. This is a must stop coffee shop. The coffee is truly amazing and the word of mouth speaks volumes. The hot Assie is an absolute must try if you love a rich creamy latte.
Mocha Nut is a rich delectable and decadent latte with just the right sweetness. The staff is Friendly and the vibe is wonderful. Pair it with a cool breezy day.

Delicious!!!!!!! So good we came here two days in a row! We loved getting to try their Aussie meat pies! The Ned Kelly one was our favorite. Their iced lattes were so good, not too sweet and not bitter like a lot of coffee companies. It is a very cute place.
