Exceptional restaurant in the historic Casa Monica Hotel. The Wagyu meatballs, local catch (red snapper on the night we were there), heirloom beets, and bread plate were absolutely amazing. The chef also prepared a delicious cauliflower steak as a vegetarian option, not on the menu. We had the spiced Moroccan coffee bread pudding for dessert, which was also excellent. I especially enjoyed the Spanish red wine selection, although there are many options from different regions to choose from. Christina was a fantastic server and treated us more like old friends than mere customers in a restaurant. She was very attentive, anticipated what we would need before we could ask, made excellent suggestions on what to order, and even got a suggestion from the bar for a wine pairing. The restaurant itself is beautiful, creating an intimate and wonderful space to enjoy a special meal. Having visited many cities throughout the US, Europe and Asia, this has to be one of my most memorable and enjoyable dining experiences, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

We had an exquisite dining experience at Cordova! Every dish was beautifully presented, a burst of flavor, with a layering of different elements that tantalized the taste buds! We were so impressed by the food that we visited the next day for lunch as well. The pistachio gelato on the banana bread pudding is to die for! This restaurant is Michelin star worthy! I cannot recommend it enough!!

Dining at Córdova was an amazing experience ! If you are looking for beautiful and tranquil atmosphere , exquisite food, and intentional top notch staff Córdova is a must. Our server “Christina” was superb !! There was no detail missed, she even requested tge chef to prepare a “cauliflower specialty “ that wasn’t on the menu which he prepared and was amazing! Since we don’t drink alcohol , Christina had the bar make us amazing “mocktails”. Just can’t say enough this delightful experience !!

I don’t know why this place has 3.9 reviews, but everything was really good.

We had:
- Wagyu meatballs
- Black garlic Caesar, which was split it into two and looked so pretty.
- Filet
- Halibut
And… of course 2 desserts, Bread Pudding and Chocolate Mousse Pudding.

Service was a little bit slow at the beginning but food came out fast.

I will definitely come back and try more food.

Okay, let me just say, this was the best wagyu steak over Mac and cheese of my life! It was so good I asked the chef for one to go. I’m begging my wife to learn this recipe. The cocktails were amazing also and there was a live jazz band the entire night. Literally was a highlight in SA!

Enjoyed the 4 course brunch meal on Sunday. Very creative dishes inside a Mediterranean/Spanish style hotel restaurant. The small plates are perfect for sharing.

While staying at the Casa Monica, I enjoyed the Cordova bar for a cocktail at the beginning of the evening before heading out to enjoy the Night of Lights and again for a night cap. The drinks were delicious and the bar staff were friendly. I returned again in the morning for a light breakfast in the dining room. I highly recommend the Continental Breakfast. Enjoyed the elevated dining experience at a reasonable price.

A relaxing Sunday appetizer and dessert. We picked a quieter time which enhanced our experience. The octopus was spot and the pistachio ice cream divine.

Karen our server and Gwendolyn the hostess made us feel like royalty last Friday night, June 28. A group of 11 friends were celebrating a big birthday… the food and cocktails were amazing! The private side room was beautiful. The service was outstanding tho… Karen and the staff really made our evening special! Bravo Cordova!

first of all, when we made reservations the hostess Simona was so patient and kind when we called. Then we were seated in Christina's section...I knew from her smile and beauty she was going to be incredible, and she was. My husband ordered the most delicious ribeye, I am a wine snob and efficient Christina brought me a few wine tastes...I was very happy with the wine Christina recommended. What a wonderful evening we experienced. Yes, the food and wine was great but it was Christina that made our night so special. Thank you, Christina, we will return, and we will ask for YOU!!

We had a wonderful brunch at Cordova. The new brunch menu was wonderful. We wanted to try everything. The mimosa offerings were unique and delicious. Mike D was one of the best severs we have ever had. He was attentive, without hovering and timed the food courses perfect. We will definitely be going back.

I had never experienced brunch at this restaurant. Upscale menu in a quiet relaxed setting tucked away from the busy throngs of tourists. Mike D was fantastic and offered suggestions and accommodations. If you want an adult 'fancy' brunch menu in a beautiful ambiance, then this is the spot for upscale elegance.

What a beautiful restaurant. The food was quite good. Staff was pleasant and the live music was just lovely. I would definitely love to come back for dinner.

I had the opportunity to go here with my girlfriend and I'm so glad I did. The atmosphere exceptional! The server Cristina was so sweet and unbelievably Attentive she answered everything we asked with a smile. The food was delicious if you are ever in St. Agustin make this a stop in your trip!

Service with a smile even when packed. Food was amazing also great drinks. Went back the next day for lunch which was great. So i decided to try breakfast the next day and decided that the chef can’t make bad food.

Breakfast was setup for our parents 50th anniversary. They loved the place! Make sure you enter the building via the tunnel and take advantage of the $5 valet parking. Service was fast and drinks and food amazing. This is going to be our go-to upscale non-weekend breakfast place. If I would say something negative is that the crème brûlée French toast weren’t as exciting as the name claims - it was great anyway …
