I just bought the 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches and they tasted really good. Usually all the food is good.

Arby's is a one of our fast food favorites. Tried the chicken bacon swiss cheese sandwich for the first time and it was tasty. We wish they still had the triangle potato cakes-better than french fries. This location is one of the best designed. The dining area is spacious and comfortable. The staff was awesome and went above and beyond service. We grabbed some greek gyros for dinner later--delicious also!!

I just picked up my online order. It was perfect and the food was delicious.

My wife and I run through here pretty regularly. In recent months, things have been great. The service has been excellent; friendly and engaging. The food has been good; just all around a good experience. We'll be back again!

Had my best meal at Arbys, french dip and mozzarella sticks, delicious, love that horsey sauce.

I didnt know there was Arby's in St Augustine. Went on lunch time, service was fast. Food was hot tasty, delicious

This was the worst time I have been here I worked for Arby's I had 10 stores 25 years if I had this drive thru person and if the inspector had been there ya'll would have failed big time I would not have had this employee just for how rude she was short handed or not no way for her to treat people the way she did just so rude and very uncalled for. She needs to remember we are her pay check and only took 1 order at a time while at the window to pay the line was blocking on coming traffic and many customers left because the grap was so big between the menu and the window lost a lot of money that day. Thank you for listening.

The manager is awesome! I had a problem with my app order and he was very cordial and quick to fix the issue as to what he could do on his end. This manager needs a raise! Thank you!

Great food at a reasonable price

I would like to thank the young lady that was going to work this morning with a smile on her face even though she had a mask on. I could tell she liked what she was doing. She opened the door before I got there and welcomed me. The service was wonderful. She went above and beyond doing her job I believe her name is Tatiana. The food was fresh and hot made to order. I had the Fried Turkey club and it was amazing !!! Would definitely go there again just for the experience!!!

Male Manager was training a female at the cash register. Trainee greeted us as soon as we entered. The make told her to step aside and he would show her how to interact with the public. I felt she was humiliated. I felt sorry for her. We ate then went up to order more. We requested the trainee take our order. She did just perfect. And with a warm smile. Male manager did not like that we requested her. We praised her and congratulated her. Food was perfect. As always.

Went last week but google was having an issue with their review servers.
Erica, Tyler, and Maria were the staff on around 11 pm. If you want fresh AF food, and a crew not being rude about it, they gotchu! Big order an hour before close. Thanks a bunch, guys! <3 I never have an issue when I go, but super fresh food and attitude at 11 pm deserved this 5 star rating!!

For fast food, it was hot, fresh and delicious, service was slow. I believe the cashier went on break, and there was a misunderstanding, so all six cars at drive thru were fed first, while the two dine in orders sat. Single FOH employee was polite and overwhelmed.

Fast. Friendly and affordable. The food here is very good and the inside is clean. You can tell that the manager and workers have a positive attitude. I love their sliders. They are a great snack for those times when you are hungry but not starving.

Not busy at all. Seemed a little skimpy on meat this time.
Condiment station needed cleaning and tables needed to be wiped.
This place could use some maintenance.
They really need to replace cushions on benches. There are holes you sit in, if you try to move to the middle, you're on a lopsided hump. Uncomfortable.

Arby's is usually very busy, but they are so good about keeping that line moving. Your food comes out hot and accurate more often than most fast food places. Love to eat here.
