Went on our honeymoon in St. Augustine. While looking through shops to bring home gifts for family we found this little shop with tons of grooming supplies for men. Talked to the gentleman there and used their recommendations. We've ordered from this place every single year since 2020 for gifts for that same person. The cloven helm beard oil and pomade by O & A. ☆☆☆☆☆

I already loved the products, but when I communicated that I may have received an incorrect item (wasn't sure if it was because of labeling or simply the wrong item), they immediately offered to send me the correct item for free to make up for it. I hadn't asked for a replacement -- I specified that I liked the item I got, but that I was uncertain if it was a plain scent or the scent I ordered. No matter! They sent the one I originally wanted anyway.

A company that does right for their customers even when their customers don't ask for it is a good company.

I'm currently all stocked up, but I will continue ordering from this company and will absolutely be using them to get gifts for the other people I know.
