Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport

Excellent recently renovated almost full service hotel. I say almost because although there is housekeeping, it is every-other-day and although there is an onsite restaurant and bar, no room service.

Jose and his colleague at front desk were courteous and very friendly. Excellent service at the bar also with good dining and drink options

Rooms are very spacious with modern appointments. A lot of the photos on here are showing the pre-renovation rooms. The rooms, lobby and public areas have all been tastefully renovated as of Aug 2024.

Shuttle service is shared with a few properties so be prepared to allocate up to 30 minutes to commute to airport despite only being 10 minutes away.

Overall a very positive experience.

Our flight to MCO was delayed, but the hotel had 24 hour shuttle service. The front desk staff was very kind, and our shuttle driver was prompt and polite at 3am!

We were up again in the morning for breakfast and back on the shuttle to pick up a rental car.

Overall the hotel was clean, the service was good, and we really appreciated the complimentary bottles of water at 3am!

A very nice, clean and modern hotel! Great value too. The lobby was very open and modern. It has a nice pool and a really nice fitness center. Rooms were super clean, well appointed with a modern look. The staff was outstanding as well. This is an easy choice when staying near the airport.

Clean and modern. The rooms are large and updated, the restaurant is okay, but there are so many options nearby I would probably just skip. There is a small shop for snacks and essentials and outdoor pool. All and all a great location.

My wife and I stayed here before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We had a great overnight stay at this property. The room was very clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely stay here again.

Customer service A+ very polite and professional. Nice clean rooms. Walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast buffet served just enough to get you going in the morning. We stay again

The Staff goes far and beyond to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Excellent customer service, Knowledgeable, Professional. The all are team players from house keeping all the way up to management

I needed a one-night stay close to the airport, and I generally choose a Hilton property for the consistency. The hotel was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were super friendly. You can take the airport shuttle, or if you have a rental car like me, the car drop-off was an 8 minute drive. I would definitely book again.

Stayed for 1 night for upcoming cruise. Shuttle from airport was convenient. Driver was working hard to juggle all his calls. I tried online checkin but room wasn't ready when we arrived so front desk staff assigned us another room quickly. Yes the hotel is under renovation but we experienced zero noise.Room was comfortable and brand new but could use a couple of hooks in bathroom,etc. Pleased with stay.

Great location near MCO, clean renovated rooms, decent breakfast, fruit selection was wonderful, cook-to-order or buffet options. Sabrina at the front desk was super friendly and attentive and made everything go smoothly even though there were some IT issues that were out of her control. Would definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to others.

Wow! Truly a great experience. I walked in to get breakfast (late, I must admit) and the staff greeted me as if I was on time and a VIP guest. I was served promptly and given the best customer service. I would recommend this place 100 out of 100 times. Keep up the amazing work!

Went to Business meeting. Was amazing. But we got a parking ticket. I don't think it's appropriate to give parking tickets to any one staying at hotel or going for conferences. All areas of parking at hotel should be free. Or Sign No parking. There was no visible sign

Other than one staff member, everyone was pleasant, the rooms were clean. The shower was hard to get hot water but it was a nice stay. Best pillows!!

A very nice hotel within 15 minutes of MCO currently the hotel is going through a reconstruction or upgrade. We had a beautiful room. We're using their park and go and will be back in 10 days to pick our car up. The only thing I wish was their dinner menu had a little more variety.

Great one night overnight before a flight. Renovations made for very tidy and modern feeling rooms. Pack and play was provided when requested and was clean and provided with clean sheets.

The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but a special mention for Roberta who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile and was extremely friendly and lovely. Breakfast was included and was delicious as well with a very broad selection.
The laundromat was very useful and easy to use.
We stayed here for a week and recommend the hotel very highly!

Currently it's under construction well advanced notice given before booking. Everything is clean good friendly service. Plenty of free parking spaces. Enjoy the fire pit outdoors and a heated inground pool. Lake with a walking path nearby. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too.

The staff was terrific to work with. Toilet dirty from water build up/streaks and "non-use" need for cleaning is the best I can explain. Everything else was clean and beautiful.
