SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport

Our stay was BEYOND PLEASANT & WONDERFUL!! We were staying 1 night prior to a cruise. The facility in general was neat & clean, bright & inviting. Customer service was stellar!!! Every staff person that we interacted with was polite & accommodating, specifically Galina. She enabled us to check-in to our room early & was so engaging & approachable. I could go on forever- but I would definitely stay here again For future travel to Orlando!!

Stayed overnight before a cruise. Galina at the front desk was great and super nice! We landed early and she was able to check us in before our check in time. We also really appreciated the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is close to a few restaurants and the front desk offers coupons for them. The breakfast was good. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re passing through Orlando.

The front desk receptionist was wonderful! The room was spacious with a large comfortable couch. Our bathroom didn’t have a fan for ventilation, it was a bit inconvenient since it got humid easily. The breakfast ended kinda early on the weekend, but there are a lot of business nearby. Overall, we were happy with the experience!

This hotel was fantastic for several reasons:

(1) No resort fee.
(2) Spacious rooms.
(3) Excellent breakfast.
(4) Across the street from many affordable restaurants
(5) Outstanding service from the check-in staff, in particular Galina, who efficiently managed multiple tasks and ensured we were checked in early.

While the pool is small, it kept my kids happy and entertained for a long time.

My only suggestion is that the handicap-accessible room could use some improvement, as the bathroom floor tended to get quite wet outside the shower area.

I recently stayed at this Marriott property and had an excellent experience. Philline at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout my stay. She made the check-in process smooth and went above and beyond to assist with any requests I had. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, I was very impressed with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Great stay at Springhill Suites Orlando Airport location. The rooms are very spacious and perfect for our pre and post cruise stay. The staff especially Galina was very kind getting us checked into our rooms quickly. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again

Breif, stay before embarking on our cruise and returning home. It was comfortable. The staff friendly? They even remembered we were there before. It was a seven minute ride to the airport and convention to get a bite to eat. I wised they had a restaurant on the premises. Breakfast was there however.

Really nice place close to the airport. Galina was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is currently under some construction but that doesn't last forever. They are making the place even nicer. If you need a decent hotel right near the airport to give them a try.

Stayed here with my family for a night to go on a cruise. The front desk staff was amazing from check in to check out. Room was clean and location was perfect. We didn't have a car but the hotel had shuttle service.

Galina Amazing person, just because of her I Would most definitely recommend this place, she made everything crystal clear. Made check in so easy. And explained everything to us so we know exactly what we pay for and what we are not going to pay for, for example she let us know that the water in the room if used is something we have to pay for little detail like that is good to know. Galina thank you for everything your the best!!!

After a phonecall the shuttlebus was ready within minutes. Very nice receptionist, Jairah, made is feel very welcome. Room big enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Shower and breakfast was good. A great start for our Holiday.

Galina was the highlight of our arrival. She was very helpful and courteous upon check-in. The location is perfect after a long flight; I don't think the shuttle drive from Terminal A lasted 5 minutes. Room was clean, but 3 of the outlets were worn and we didn't know if the appliances/lighting was bad until we jiggled the plug.

We were on vacation going on the Royal Caribbean cruise. We decided to fly into Orlando a day early, and the first hotel popped up online was SpringHill Hotel. I love this hotel Galina has excellent customer service, she was amazing. We’ll definitely visit again.

This is a great hotel to enjoy a restful nights sleep. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was also clean and well stocked with ample towels. A wonderful breakfast is also provided free of charge. The location is close to the airport and parking garages . And even though it is close to the airport we did not hear any noise.

The 2 associates at the front desk (Jairah and Judy) greeted me with infectious smiles and fantastic attitudes which created a positive start to my stay that continued as I got to my room. Jairah was also incredibly attentive to my room location to make sure I was on being close to an elevator. As a business traveler it is awesome to see great stewards of the brand that Judy and Jairah are. Great job. I will be back.

Jairah was so nice and welcoming she does a great job and Marriott is lucky to have her :) hotel smells nice right when walking in and they were nice enough to accommodate our early check in. clean rooms that smell great will definitely stay again when im in town.

I go out of my way to continuously stay here when in Orlando I am always satisfied with my stay. Jairah is always so pleasant and helpful every time I’m greeted when arriving she is a great asset to the staff of this location. I’ll continue to stay here going on my 2nd year of this being my home away from home.

Jairah was wonderful. She scheduled shuttle service for us which was lovely because we did not have to rent a car or pay for Uber. Stay was comfortable and clean.

Stayed through Go Port and no issues super easy. Convenient to food! Jairah was very helpful with answering questions!
