Holiday Inn Orlando-International Airport, an IHG Hotel

Everything so perfect to stay here. Service so amazing. I have long flight from my home town Thailand. But when i arrived in the hotel, i really feel warm welcome from all staff. Thank you so much. I would like to mention Yasmine(Guest service), Joel(Server), Rodrigo(Server), and Gaston(Server). All of them is so wonderful 😊

After a day of crazy travel upsets, the airline booked us a room to rest in at the Orlando Airport Holiday Inn. It was exactly what we needed: a super clean facility with comfortable beds and hot showers. Even the people here are tip, top-notch! Everyone from the shuttle drivers & bartender (he makes a mean espresso martini, BTW!) to the front desk, and even housekeeping were warm, friendly, and oh so helpful We will plan a trip back one day, but today, they were a much needed oasis for us. We are so grateful for the service and kindness we received at this lovely hotel.

When I arrived at MCO I called and requested a pick up. The driver arrived within 10 minutes to pick me up. Despite the fact that check in did not officially begin until 3pm the front desk staff checked me around 11am. They thanked me for my Platinum Elite status and ensured that I got my bonus award points.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. And I really like being in walking distance to so many restaurants.

Nice hotel with 24/7 shuttle to MCO and great service. Affordable. My new airport hotel. Super convenient to get to and close dining. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Fun bar and restaurant in the lobby.

I stayed here June 9th, 2024. Check in was so lovely. We had just got hit by an item on the freeway only 15 min before we got to the hotel. We were shaken up a bit and Ezequiel checked us in early, right away. I'm diamond elite so he also gave us breakfast vouchers too. Our room was comfortable and modern.
My husband was still shaken by the car incident, and was talking to Ezequiel about it in the lobby. My hubs asked about the bar/happy hour to get a beer to calm down. He handed him drink voucher. Such a thoughtful thing to do.
Breakfast buffet was like a normal buffet as expected. Joel was our attentive server. He was awesome!
Upon checkout there was a slight incident. We got charged for breakfast ( we put a tip for Joel, charged to the room). Marsha was awesome. She knew right away that it was wrong and called Ezequiel over. Because everyone was so personable with us prior they knew it had to be corrected. Having an issue is never a problem if it's handled correctly and immediately without the customer feeling put out. They did everything right! Kudos!

The place was so good and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating especially Yasmine. When we came in the hotel she was cheerfully greeting us. She's very jolly and then we had a small talk and then she makes us laugh and comfortable. Thank you for the good service! Keep it up!

The room was great and it was very clean. All of the staff are very kind, polite, and very accomodating especially JEFF from the morning breakfast service. Jeff made us feel like home. Well done to him!

Some of the best front office service I’ve ever received! Ms. Marelix Santiago the front office manager was so nice, patient, and caring. She helped us get our room situated and informed us heavily on the different amenities that the hotel has. She was excellent and by far the best front office manager I’ve ever spoken too, I recommend talking to her when you arrive at this hotel!

Rented the convention area for the entire weekend for an event that we were hosting. The location is great as we had several attendees that were flying in.

The catering/event staff-Amber Harris, Kimberly Lee, Daniel and the complete staff were Amazing to work with. Very attentive to our needs and were always available if we needed it them.

The check in staff at the hotel were very accommodating and Friendly.

The Breakfast was great-cook to order omelets and variety of other foods. Great Vibe in the lobby with a bar.

Will definitely will look to book this hotel for future events.

It’s my first time staying in Holiday Inn and it exceeded my expectations. From room to the buffet it is all good. Just please pu a rack or something in the bathroom so we can able to hang our towel if it is ok.

Special shout out to Joel for being hospitable and accomodating!

My wife and I only stayed one night but the service provided was exceptional. Mari was extremely helpful in all the things we needed. Being our first cruise there were things we needed to figure out and she made it all so much easier. Will stay here again if the situation arises.

After 9 years coming back to holiday inn, my experience it's way above amazing. Rooms- Great Airport- Pick up was super fast
Location- very nice and comfortable.Service- was super great from the airport to the reception desk the lady was asome.. everyone so friendly. The food ' oh boy very tasty, kudos to (Joel)which I met at breakfast super amazing guy, never let my cup empty, kept refilling. In my own words. HOLIDAY INN I recommend 100%. Coming all the way from Saint Lucia to Orlando.. I was treated with great service beyond hospitality.. would come back again.

Checking in was a breeze with Yasmine. She helped us with everything we need. The room is nice and cozy. The breakfast buffet is awesome! Mellany and Joel were very helpful and gave us a superb service! I would definitely recommend this place! Staffs were awesome!

I stayed here overnight before my cruise. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Rodrigo G. was very helpful and kind. He also continuously checked in to make sure everything was good. The front desk staff were also very friendly and nice. As for the rooms, they were clean and spacious.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and it's evident that no detail was overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were impressive, offering all the bells and whistles one could desire. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable experience.

My stay was amazing everyone was so nice and hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning as Rodrigo was very helpful and always making sure we were good. He is a very good employee!!

We felt so welcomed the second we walked in. Mari was so pleasant and professional. She definitely put a smile on our face! Rooms are clean and updated. Bar and staff were prompt and friendly! Great location. You can even pay to park long term while traveling. 24 hour shuttle 5 minutes from the Orlando Int. airport. Highly recommend!

Came to Holiday Inn in Orlando, FL with my sister to be with family. So far this location has been perfect. It’s close to everything you would need within walking distance and entertainment is just a few miles down the road. The hotel employees have been super nice and Joel has been super hospitable and taken care of us every single morning. The rooms are fully stocked with plenty of linens. I love that they provide Dove products for use. The only thing they are missing here is a smart tv. I would recommend this hotel if you need something close and convenient to all of the big parks.

I will be staying at this hotel every time I visit Orlando from now on. I can’t complain about a single thing! And it was only $98/day to EXTEND our stay. Theres a paid morning buffet that I highly recommend, I wish I knew about it sooner honestly. Customer from the front desk was spectacular.

We love that they were able to get us in to the room early, around 10:30AM after we got back in from our cruise. It was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel room we have stayed in, in years. It was the first time I've seen my wife walk around a hotel room barefoot because the carpet was so clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. To top it all off, the outdoor pool felt like bathwater! We soaked, swam, and relaxed in that pool for well over an hour. Exceptional service, especially the man at the front desk that checked us in, I wish I remembered his name. Next time we are in Orlando, this is the only hotel we will stay in. What an absolute delight it was to stay here after a long cruise!!
