Wingate by Wyndham Orlando International Airport

I am a native. I know Florida very well. I travel all over the world in the Military, medical, international commerce and non profit sectors. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in, especially when considering how reasonable the price is. I have stayed in 5 stars hotels, alongside billionaire Arab royals. I speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Arabic, Somali, Japanese, etc… Wingate by Wyndham Orlando is my favorite hotel in the world. If you are an average, working, family or professional, from anywhere on earth, going to Orlando Florida, for army reason on earth, this is your best option in Orlando for yourself and loved ones. When it comes time to go to the Orlando veterans hospital, Wingate by Wyndham is the only hotel I will stay in. I have tried every other hotel. My hotel stays are paid for and I still prefer a $80 a night room here over a $500 a night room in a similar local hotel. It is clear Wyndham does not make money on renting rooms in Wingate Orlando. It is clear Wyndham uses this hotel to make a good impression on first time customers, from all over the world, some who have probably saved hard earned money for years, to take their family to see Disney, Marvel, Star Wars and our world famous Florida beaches. I am for this hotel and it has my business for life.

The room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was adequate. Continental breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Hot tub was nice. Close to restaurants. Denny's was close and a good restaurant across the road that had fantastic nachos. Short shuttle ride to the Airport.

Very quiet, super location (near airport, shopping, and dining). Very clean property. Nice, large room. Excellent housekeeping. Large and varied breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

We stayed here on our final night in Florida after attending a wedding in Gainesville. The staff were nice and friendly during our check-in. We were able to check-in fairly quickly upon our arrival. The room was nice and spacious. Due to limited availability we were put in a ADA room on the first floor. The hotel was close to plenty of restaurants. We tried out the hot tub but it wasn't very hot, after all it is Florida. We had an early flight so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. Overall we had a great experience during our short stay.

Honestly good hotel for the price I paid through a third-party app just to sleep between flights! I was a little concerned about the shuttle being reliable or not but was picked up within about 10 minutes from my call to them at the exact spot they said they’d pick me up at! Took the shuttle back to the airport and it worked just fine, too!

My flight canceled and I had no where to go until the following evening. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I missed the first shuttle because I wasn’t told where it was initially but that was the call centers fault. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was decent.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed a few days before our cruise an a couple after. They are amazing!! Great rooms, service, breakfast, hot tub, everything was wonderful!!! Will definitely stay here our next time! Very clean! Nice hot showers !

We stayed one night at the hilton in Daytona and 1 night here. This place was way better than the Hilton and I was surprised. No complaints. The rooms were spacious. I didn't notice any rust or dirt (unlike the Hilton) and the staff was friendly. Quiet calm area and hotel. It was well worth it to end the baecation here 😊 OH! & the hot tub in the room was a perfect touch!!

Affordable hotel near the airport. Transfer services to airport as well. Breakfast is provided. The room is pretty good. Bed is comfortable. Large screen TV. They have a workout room. Easy to print boarding passes here. Close to restaurants (across the street). Friendly staff.

Good size room with a comfortable bed , clean bathroom and good shower. The hotel is clean and is walking distance to several good places to eat.
Breakfast is reasonable and so is the cost of the room.

No reason to complain. AC works, noise fine, parking is full at midnight (but has access to parking across the street). I looked for something close to the airport by car. I enjoyed the breakfast. Self made waffles and quaker oatmeals, nice selection of hot chocolate, Kellogg's cereals.

I stayed with my family for two nights at the end of March 2024 for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. The location is excellent for this purpose. It is also close to the airport. The hotel has a shuttle service. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Clean common areas. The included breakfast is good. It has places to eat within walking distance. I recommend this hotel for a stay for any purpose.

Everything was great. Breakfast included, quiet and comfortable. The only detail was that our room was wheelchair accessible and when taking a bath water gets everywhere, it was hard to avoid it.

Staying here one night pre-cruise .... it has been great! Several good eateries are within walking distance! Shuttle to the cruise port this morning!! Would stay here again!! And front desk staff super helpful!

Great price. free parking. Great rooms. clean. convenient to airport. so much cheaper compared to competitive hotels. some charge for parking. indoor spa outdoor pool. shuttle to airport.

This hotel is an awesome hotel to relax, enjoy and is near everything and most important get a good night rest in those super comfortable beds and amazing showers.

Very convenient close to airport 20 mins away from all attractions, good rooms and beds, lots of lighting, chargers and most of all free hot breakfast , bonus free parking

Excellent for a short notice budget hotel. Plan a last minute trip to FL. to visit family and Disney for a day.
Staying near the airport at Wingate was great and less expensive.
No resort fees, no parking fees or expensive breakfast food. Customer service was great. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, simple breakfast included. Close to the airport, restaurants, movie theater and stores.

Traveled to Florida for a birthday celebration, stayed in Miami a few days then Orlando. After missing an early morning flight that was rebooked for the next day, we wanted to get a hotel that had an airport shuttle. Found Wingate to be very affordable & booked immediately. Shuttle pick up was quick and easy. Carla (or sorry, maybe Karla) was a gem at the front desk! She was able to get us an early check in as we were dead tired from spending 4hrs dealing with one delay after another at the airport. So getting treated so well by the staff, especially Carla was such a warm welcome! Rooms were big (mini frig, microwave & full length mirror.. that's important for us ladies), very comfortable beds & complementary breakfast had a good variety of food with yummy eggs. Nearby restaurants and liquor store in walking distance so great location if you don't have a rental car. Oh almost forgot, Carla provided us with a cpl toiletries since our big luggage was already in flight so we were limited in what we had on us. Great stay!!

Shuttle pickup was prompt, our room was advertised and on the first floor (which I prefer, but don't always get). Breakfast was OK, eggs were fake but at least there were eggs and sausage. Shuttle back to the airport dropped us as far from Southwest ticketing as you could be (maybe they've moved recently?). Quick in and out which is what we needed.
