Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport @ Gateway Village

This hotel is close to everything. Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean and quiet even though close to the airport. Breakfast is included. The have a small bar on property and the prices were not too expensive. We weren't able to enjoy the large pool.

Nice room, comfortable bed pillows I bit too soft for me. Nice breakfast with waffles.
Restaurants out front and around and liquor store across street. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area. They also have a shuttle to the airport (FREE)

Our stay was outstanding. My husband and I spent two days at the hotel, and the staff’s friendliness and efficiency significantly enhanced our experience. They also promptly addressed any concerns and happily accommodated us for early check in since we were coming back from a cruise. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Additionally, the breakfast options were excellent, and the hotel’s proximity to the airport, along with a reliable shuttle service, was a major convenience. We would definitely return. Highly recommend!

I loved this hotel. The staff was really friendly, we had a personal issue with one of our friends and the hotel desk assisted us and went out of their way to help us through the issue I think the guy’s name was Mark/Mike something like that he was great and helped us feel very safe and welcome. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful the rooms were clean we loved the pool there is a free shuttle that will take you to the airport and the hotel is right near the airport. The breakfast was also very tasty and seasoned they had something different every morning. I was really impressed! They have a happy hour bar and a nice cozy patio area that’s great at night time. Stay here it’s quiet and classy I will book here again next time I’m in Florida great customer service !

I’ve had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! Hampton has always been our favorite place to stay and I can honestly say that by far this has been the best hotel for Hampton that we have stayed at! The service has been 100% incredible with everyone that we have met!

I have specifically had encounters with Carmen that works in the kitchen, she was So quick to be attentive and helpful with me and my children! She did not get overwhelmed at all if I asked a question and she was quick to make sure that she took care of any need that we had!!!!

Diane, Elizabeth, I believe someone named Rosa, and housekeeping were very helpful and making sure that we had all of our towels or anything else we needed in our rooms! They always smiled and told us to have a good day! You don’t see this very often, so I can’t say it enough how much I appreciate this!

Eva, Maria and Victoria we’re very attentive when we checked in, and they made sure to serve us with a smile when we would come down with a question, even if it was a silly one!😂😅

I am trying to find out who they are, but there were two more people at check-in over the last few days that has been helpful and I am going to make sure I put a review in for them as well!!!!

We will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future from here on out anytime we are flying out! But I can honestly say, I am here for the Hair show this weekend and I could have stayed by the hair show and this hotel was so wonderful. I chose to come here 15 minutes away from the hair show.!!!🤣🤣❤❤❤🥰🥰🥰 Thank you again to the coworkers of Hampton Inn and suites! You made our stay awesome!!!!

I had a very short overnight stay here with my 5 yr old grandson because we flew in late on our arrival day and we had a very early flight the day of check out but I really appreciated my stay here. The front desk attendants were very friendly & helpful and were very sweet interacting with my grandson every time we walked by their area. They told me about restaurants nearby as well as the discounts offered for being a guest of the hotel which I really appreciated.
The room was nice with comfortable beds! I would recommend to friends & family visiting the area

Stayed one night after a late flight. Room was spotless front desk clerk was very kind and personable. Carmen did an amazing job at breakfast. Food hot and fresh and lots of it! Thank you Carmen.

I stay at this location often. Very close to MCO so it's great for late arrivals and early departures from the Orlando area.

I've been here 3 times in the past month. The desk staff is great and Maria sets the example for customer service. She seems to always have a positive friendly attitude.

After sitting at the airport for a weather delay, my flight was cancelled and I made a reservation on line. When I called the front desk to arrange a shuttle bus, Eva was very pleasant, and helpful and said to go to A4 for pick up. Within 5 mins Bill was there and grabbed my luggage. Asking about local food options, he share a few great ideas - so helpful and made my short trip fun after a long day! When I got to the front desk, Maria had everything ready for me and the check in was seamless. All these folks help brighten my long day! They all deserve a raise!

One night stay before a cruise from Port Canaveral. Many cruisers staying here. Shuttle from airport to hotel was quick with a phone call to the hotel after getting bags. Waited about 10 mins for pickup. Check-in was easy and Staff (Victoria) at hotel were polite, friendly, and helpful. Hotel is across the street from 3 nice restaurants we used for a couple of drinks after check-in. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was busy the next morning and tasted okay. Used an outside company for cruise port transfer and had no issues checking out and loading up from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 1 night after a cruise. The staff were marvelous. I wish we had gotten names. Everyone was marvelous, professional and efficient, including shuttle drivers, frontdesk staff and housekeeping.

Stayed here 1 night before a cruise. Rooms were super nice! Big comfy bed. Clean. Big clean showers.
Large free breakfast. (Gravy was a little runny)
Across the street from several restaurants. Loved it.
Ladies at front desk were very helpful.
Only minor complaint was the computers were down and the bar was closed. Nobody's fault.

This is the best Hampton Inn I have stayed at, with clean and spacious rooms! Carmen and her coworkers in the breakfast nook maintained a well-stocked and clean spread of food/beverages. Thank you for your friendly service before my cruise!

Overnight stay before going to Port Canaveral. Front desk was very helpful, free shuttle to the airport - we used it to meet friends staying there. Room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Sat around the fire pit in the evening. Nice fitness center, with free weights, functional fitness trainer, and treadmills / elliptical and a Peleton. Complimentary breakfast was better than most. Maria and Eva at the front desk were really nice and friendly. Greeting everyone and still talking to guests.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very clean, breakfast was above average, pool is great and they even have an outdoor fire pit. Oh, and the fitness room is very nice. The shuttle to/from the airport is fast and on time. Bill my shuttle driver was outstanding. Highly recommend this Hampton.

I was greeted by a great smile wonderful personality and very helpful front desk person by the name of Evaluna!. The property is very clean my room was a king sweet and it was very spacious. This Hampton inn & suites is located in a very nice area to be so close to the airport many restaurants beautiful area to walk. I wish I had gotten in the swimming pool it looks beautiful from my 8th floor window . I look forward to another visit here.

Carmen was great. She made sure everything was stocked at the food station to make my stay that much better. Thank you Maria at the front dest was awesome. When we had a problem with one of our rooms, she made sure everything was corrected and that we were comfortable with the results. Thanks to the great team you have.

I've always found everybody at the Hampton inn to be very kind and considerate and professional. On this particular visit I met a lovely lady named Carmen putting together the breakfast for everybody. That breakfast area had dozens and dozens of people in there she was working diligently with a smile. Well done Carmen thanks for making my stay that much better.

Alanneh and Andrea were excellent at the front desk. Accommodated my party of three with professionalism. Got us an early check in with a courtesy upgrade. Breakfast was hot, tasty and satisfied our non pork diet.
