Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Airport

Always an Excellent stay here at the Courtyard Marriott Orlando Airport. Exceptional Customer Service. A very special, "Thank You" to the Manager, Caitlin, for helping us out when we were in a bind. Great Hotel!

An older, but well kept Courtyard. Rooms are avg size, most have a balcony. Housekeeping does a great job from what I saw across two days. Shade trees in parking lot if doing Park & Fly; always a bonus. Gym is rather small, large drip coffee in lobby is $5; paid breakfast only as is typically the Courtyard way. Airport shuttle is 10 minutes from departure level. Rooms are quiet, bed was avg comfort. I'd stay again; pleasant staff.

I never leave reviews but this hotel and their staff were absolutely amazing in the midst of a challenging situation. Thank you for your kindness, great service, and assistance.

I had an extended stay of 20 days at this hotel. Not only was it a very Pleasent stay along with incredible services. The staff for example Caitlin at the front desk was extremely helpful, she was courteous, informative and took care of all of my needs. The building is older but is well kept and really has its operations in order. I am happy to continue to stay at this location anytime I am on business in Orlando. Thank you so much!

This hotel is right next to the Orlando (MCO) airport. With complementary shuttles that run every 45 minutes to the airport starting at 3:00am per the staff at the front desk. We were able to save a spot by signing up for a specific time slot. The room was very nice and clean. Not a fan of the color but that’s minor. Was able to walk out onto a balcony over looking the pool. Because we only stayed one night we did not get to experience much of the amenities that were offered but that is okay. The first night of parking is complementary as well. We were able to keep our car parked there while we traveled out of state for a few days for a small fee. It was way cheaper than some of those airport parking lots. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. Also very knowledgeable about the area and was able to give recommendations about restaurants in the area along with the hours those restaurants operate. I was very impressed with the hotel, staff, and price of everything.

Very convenient location to the airport with a shuttle provided.
They were awesome and accommodating when my husband, at the last minute, asked to switch to a room with two beds.
Didn't try the food or restaurant but it all sounded good!

They need to keep coffee, some people wake up early to go to work, I've been to plenty of hotels and they have free coffee my only complaint thanks.

We had a one bedroom suite for the night before the early flight out.

I stayed recently and expected a typical stay at a Courtyard. Usually the staff are courteous with good service and clean rooms. I must admit, the bartender Sunshine (real name and totally applies) made this one of the most enjoyable stays and travel a lot. I had a very long day/week and stopped down for a couple drinks. From the minute I sat down and she greeted me I knew I was going to receive awesome customer service. She was so delightful to talk to and went out of her to make sure all the guests were happy. If I could hire her I would in a minute. Marriott should make her a customer service training mgr! All the staff were very courteous to the guests. The mgr should be happy.

The rooms were really clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The balcony is perfect.

HIGHLY recommend staying here!! The rooms, grounds and common areas are all kept clean always with a quint courtyard area that we love. The front desk staff take great care to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and with house keeping staffer, Rosy, we would not have made it through our 3 weeks stay for work last month.

Rosy was kind, genuine, courteous and made us feel like we were at home which was priceless to us. Every morning, she made especially sure we had everything we needed as we brought our puppy, Tiggy, that won't allow anyone in the room. However, Tiggy had no problems with Rosy coming to the door and looked forward to it! This made our hearts very happy!!

We will be coming back each month for work this year to stay as we are convinced that the service is unmatched as no other hotel in the area has a "Rosy" that we were very fortune to have met who enjoys her work and goes above and beyond!

Everything was nice but they charge too much for the parking.

Great place to stay and incredibly reasonable rates for the quality of service. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Our flight was delayed by several hours and we eventually arrived in Orlando around midnight. The hotel still sent out the shuttle to collect us without problem. The room was clean and had everything you would expect from them. The pool was great and the private balcony was prefect for breakfast. The dedicated airport shuttle is incredibly useful, but the exactly location of the pickup point at the airport could have been publicised better. We would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it for anyone using the airport.

We arrived at the airport late night and were picked up by hotel shuttle promptly. We found the room nice and clean. The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. We had easy checkout. Besides clean room and comfortable beds the next best thing was the pleasant staff Everyone was exceptionally nice. Special thanks to Ernesto for his help.

Great place to get away. Great location as well. Not far from the airport.

The only reason this is not 5 stars all across the board is it clarified 3 times with the reservations clerk NO ROLL IN SHOWER. We got a slippery when wet, roll in shower for two women with balance issues. Everything else was top notch, especially the staff.

Such a convenient location when flying in and out of Orlando. The shuttle was so helpful and easy to use. The front desk people were very nice and answered any question we had. Rod was especially kind to us, both as the shuttle driver and front desk man! We will definitely stay here again and recommend Couryard Orlando Airport to others.

Very clean nice rooms. Pleasant staff.

I was there for 8 hours. The staff checking me in was the staff checking me out and they remembered me. They were lovely! Room was fine. Nothing special but the comfortable beds as you always have.

We flew down the night before a Cruise and stayed the night here. The room was very musty. My allergies were messed up after that. However, when we returned from the Cruise they upgraded us to a Suite when I told them I had gotten sick. Very nice. Will stay again. The shuttle to and from the airport was excellent also.
