Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel

Super friendly staff! Beautiful decor in the lobby. Bathroom in the room was clean and logically constructed. Carpet in the room needed replaced and I think the AC was broken - too cold so maybe frozen? Dunno. We were able to keep it comfy by turning it off and then back on once it warmed up.

This was an excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. The place is extremely clean and the rooms are large and very comfortable. The beds were also fantastic. The shower did have a slight issue with the pressure of the water being very weak, but that was the only issue that we found. We would definitely recommend staying here in the future.

Everything was great about this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, in particular Valentina!! The food was excellent at the hotel restaurant and Jose did a great job serving us. The location is excellent at the shuttle bus service was on time and prompt. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

What an incredible experience. I booked the hotel this evening for my 3 grandkids and I to take advantage of the park, sleep, fly option since we’re flying out tomorrow. We are in the Concierge floor and Cochise, the lounge manager, has made us feel like home and has kept us delighted with snacks! What a great place for a great price!

Very close to the airport while somewhat walkable restaurants in the area. The hotel bar made some delicious drinks but the restaurant is not worth eating at. The room was clean and sizeable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious. There is a refreshing outdoor pool with a hot tub. Restaurants are walking distance. This would also be the perfect space for company meetings and retreats. There is also a quick shuttle service to the airport.

My sister and I booked here for a dayuse hotel after a red eye flight. It was easy to book. We checked in quickly and were able to get a few hours of sleep and freshen up before our event later in the day.
The dayuse is booked through a different website without an option to add your Marriott number for points so I asked the staff who checked us in if they could add it and they did no problem.
The room was clean and had enough space for us.
We enjoyed our short stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is next to the airport but the sound was lulled by thick walls. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and the room was immaculate. There is a restaurant in the lobby along with a mini pastry area with coffee.

We were there for AMDA auditions, which were held in one of the many meeting rooms. The cost was worth the convenience for me.

For breakfast, we ate from the bar. There were eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, pastries, grits, oatmeal, and fruit. So, a good selection. We did not do dinner as we checked out early.

The aroma as you enter the hotel lobby is so sensors. Beautiful and spacious. Awesome customer service from Front Desk Staff Raul.

We stayed here the night before the flight. Room service was great. Room clean and regular king room. They had longterm parking and airport shuttle. Food was excellent. Going to be my go to for future orlando flights.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 2 days last week and 2 days this week and have reservations to stay here again for the last 2 days of this month. I travel a lot and being a Titanium member reflects my loyalty to various Marriott brand hotels. My preference is to stay at a Renaissance Hotel whenever possible. This hotel (Marriott Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel) is great! Last week I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was delicious! When I checked in last week, I was greeted by a member of the Front Desk Staff named “Luis”. He went out of his way to make my check-in process easy. He explained all of the hotel’s many wonderful amenities. Today, I was lucky enough to speak with another Front Desk Staff member named “Raul”. He cheerfully went out of his way to assist me, including having extra sets of towels sent up to my room. Just when I thought that the great service that I had already received couldn’t be surpassed, I was pleasantly surprised when the towels that I had ordered were delivered to my room by a member of the Housekeeping Staff named “Richard”! He was a great as the whipped cream on top of a delicious milkshake. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. As he handed my the items that I requested, he had a sincere smile on his face and asked if there was anything else that I needed. All 3 of the gentlemen that I have mentioned are, in my opinion, great assets to this hotel and are a big part of the reason why this particular hotel will always be my choice when I need a hotel in Orlando.

Always clean and quite. Hosts are always willing to help. Hotel van is very reliable and on time.
Update- not sure what had happened since
I last left a review, but the last few times here have been disappointing. Housekeeping is horribly slacking and the mold issue really needs to be addressed. Dehumidifiers in the hall is a temporary solution, and you can't possibly pump anymore scent to cover it. It's not healthy.

We had just checked into (and immediately out of) a filthy hotel close by. Being cautious, we asked if we could see the rooms in advance of checking in. Raul was most understanding and accommodating!! Our adjoining rooms were clean and spacious. Tea/coffee service, microwave and fridge were in each of the rooms- helpful with family travel. Housekeeping was lovely. Many restaurants close by within walking distance. The shuttle service to the airport was prompt. Unfortunately, I forgot a personal item in my room after checking out and Jacqueline couldn’t have been more helpful in locating it and sending it to me by FedEx. Your staff made our experience memorable. Thank you!

Love this hotel. Very convenient to the airport. Also was the friendliest service all around of the several Orlando hotels I stayed at during a recent work trip.

The restaurant was great. I had what probably was the best French Toast I’ve ever tasted - made with Cuban bread.

Will definitely stay here again.

Have been staying here for years; consistently a positive experience. Housekeeping is very good; front desk, shuttle, etc., the same. Nice gym, pool, bar, etc. It's an older property, but it's been maintained, and kept in great condition. These past two (quiet) nights have been no exception to the experience I've come to expect; I've already booked another stay in a few weeks. Please remember to tip your housekeeping staff, they work super hard. Happy titanium member.

Great location and amenities. Shuttle bus runs on a schedule so inquire within. The staff including Allison was amazing.

Awesome, stay here at the Renaissance Orlando hotel. From our driver who picked us up from the airport, very courteous and friendly. Hotel accommodations were what we needed for this stay. Room was appointed, beds comfortable. Bathroom shower needs some updating as the faucets were very leaky in the shower and water backed up into shower due to slow drainage. Front desk associates were very welcoming and I would stay here on my next stay in Orlando. Happy holidays.

We always park here when traveling and leave our car to take the the shuttle to airport (5 minutes away). Car is safe and shuttles always available. They are the only ones that offer a very early departure shuttle service. Excellent price for overnight rather than paying high fees at the airport. Also in close proximity to the airport.
Went in to use the restroom and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful lobby that looked new and upgraded. Nice hotel.

An absolute masterclass by the Renaissance hotel once again!

This is my absolute favorite hotel and I have been a Marriott Platinum Elite member or higher for many years.

The service is excellent and it was amazing once again during my last stay in July of 2023.

My room was well kept and the bed was comfortable.

The Marriott club was excellent as always and provided a wide variety of appetizers.

My 10 OZ New York Strip at the restaurant was cooked to a perfect medium and my late night room service beers arrived promptly and in an ice cold bucket.

I highly recommend this property to any travelers in the Orlando area.
