Aloft Orlando Downtown

Excellent prices, caring staff always ready to help and make you feel at home, an adorable puppy in the lobby (John Walker!) up for adoption in the lobby and a lovely overall feel everywhere in the hotel. I will definitely be coming back!

I honestly do not know where to start with this glorious company but I’ll do my best to not write an entire book explaining how amazing my stay was at this specific location and why you should do the exact same thing and book a night here, if you ever plan on traveling to the downtown Orlando area in the near future. First and foremost I’d like to give a big round of applause to Mr Edwin for his “super human” ability to manage a 5 star hotel. If you look up hospitality in the dictionary they should put a picture of him right where the definition should be. Nothing more nothing less Hahah. I would also love to let the world know that the way this location treats, loves and respect animals and also the efforts they go into helping rescued dogs find they’re forever home is definitely something that should get global attention and beyond. Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life and cheers to the many more nights to come.

I recently stayed at Aloft Hotel for a night and was impressed with the service. They allowed me to check in early, which was very convenient. We did encounter an issue with our room's AC, but after contacting the front desk, a technician was sent immediately and resolved the problem within 5 minutes of the phone call.

Additionally, the front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a satisfying stay, but nothing special. Would stay here again!

I was very impressed by how friendly and hospitable everyone was. The room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I love they had a dog in the lobby they were hosting to be adopted and I saw a box to help those in need of school supplies. Very heartwarming.

Fiorella at the front desk was so nice! I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and I have only great things to say about the stay. All staff was kind and helpful. The property was beautiful. I loved the orange infused water by the bar. Super hydrating before the pool :) Valet was awesome. Shoutout to housekeeping for the clean rooms too 🩷

Stayed here for a night with our 11 year old son. The stay was perfect. Check in was smooth, valet was quick, rooms were clean and the refuel station was full! We went down for a few drinls after our son went to sleep and the bartender was fantastic. We played some pool and genuinely enjoyed our evening. Will absolutely stay again and look for this chain in other cities as well. Couldn't be happier!

This hotel exceeded every expectation! It was 2 blocks away from the Sunrail station, right across the street from the Dr. Phillips Center, and very close to wonderful restaurants. Tameka checked us in before noon, and made sure we had a room with a beautiful view of the city. We interacted with her several times and she is amazing, a true asset to the hotel! Our room was perfect, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be returning again and again!

Me and my girlfriend where on a one day get away from trip so we booked it at the aloft and drive to orlando. Once we got here great valet and front desk was great but Chris was my savior we went out and showed back up late he let me shot pool and hang out till I was ready to go up stairs great service even came over and "hangout" while it was late most definitely coming back

Overall a great hotel, very spacious rooms and not too far from downtown! Harvey made our stay extra memorable as he consistently went above and beyond to provide top-tier service! His dedication to hospitality is what prompted me to leave this review, thanks Harvey!

I stayed here for work. The area has lots of delicious food within a 20 min walking distance. There were also several scooters for rent right outside the hotel.

The room was huge, and broken into 3 sections: an entry area, bedroom, and sitting area. The water pressure wash good.

The room overlooked a highway and there were many times when a loud vehicle would interrupt my sleep.

This hotel is excellent. It is very clean and central to everything. My only complaint is why the bar closes at 11:45 p.m. on a Saturday. My husband and I wanted to order two glasses of wine, and before we opened our mouths, the bartender screamed out that the bar was closed. We were in shock. It was very rude and unprofessional from the bartender.

The front desk staff, Harvey, was very helpful with checkin and parking. Glenn, the general manager, is very personable and wants his guests to be taken care of. Glenn accommodated our parking needs as there is only valet parking unless you can find a spot on the street. Glenn allowed us to enjoy what downtown Orlando had to offer and stay at this classy hotel! Pet approved!

Well I have so much ground to cover about this hotel. First of all, I found this gem after it happily welcomed me and my cat Stonewall. Most hotels only except dogs so it was refreshing to hear that me and my feline companion were welcome. The hotel was very easy to find because it has nice hot pink lights that sets it apart from other buildings downtown. It is very close to Orlando's performing arts center. Kendra, in valet, provided that positive vibe I needed
after a long drive. Check in was easy breezy thanks to Denise and Tameka. Denise informed me of the amenities before arrival. And Tameka made sure that the two rooms I had were in close proximity to each other. The lobby and bar gave me a contemporay, upscale, vibe which made me feel like a piece of Charlotte was there. Surprisingly, it was not busy throughout my stay. It would have been packed every night in Charlotte because of the music, bar and upscale atmosphere. Yes, Charlottians are very bousie lol. The pool area was beautiful and clean. The other front desk workers, Fio and Steve were very patient with me despite my demands. The rooms were very clean like the rest of the hotel and had a contemporary, bohemian look. They have pretty nice views also. The elevators were my favorite. I know. I'm weird. To sum things up, it was a quiet, classy part of my vacation that I needed, because it was a refreshing difference from the musty, loud rude and sweaty Disney and Universal crowd. Thanks guys for making me feel like I had brought part of Charlotte with me. And please inform your guests that there is in fact a microwave in the hotel. I noticed one in the snack area the last day I was there. Lol. Thanks Steve for the talk. Come and visit Charlotte sometime.

Loved our stay and LOVED the people that work there. They treated us like family and made us feel we were coming home for a visit. Great drinks at the bar by LaBeth too. Lots of great restaurants and bars around but her Old Fashion was the best in town!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, it smells great, clean rooms, fun atmosphere inside and outside. I loved it!

Location was great. Amazing restaurants in area. Also small bites in lobby for purchase, close to Kia Center and World Camping Stadium

Great hotel (furniture in lobby needs some shampooing to get out stains), great customer service (we were able to check in early), & great atmosphere! Location is in walking distance to multiple restaurants/eateries and 7/11. MCO airport is 23 minutes away, there's a ramp on the side of the front entrance for easy luggage accessibility as well as handicap and they also have handicap accessible rooms that are quite nice & roomy.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for walking to the Kia Center. Overall an enjoyable overnight.

Great location near camping World stadium. Joel at customer service went over and above to provide us with excellent assistance. Printed a map for us to go to a free shuttle! Everyone working here was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, great pillows, nice view. Great location. Highly recommend. Thank you Aloft!

We booked at the Aloft for a last-minute getaway before our children start school next week. We needed a pet-friendly hotel that would allow our large, 70+lbs
bulldog. The Aloft was the only hotel we found without a weight restriction that also did not charge a pet fee. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the valet who immediately brought us a cart to unload our luggage. From the moment I entered the lobby to complete check-in, I knew we found the right hotel for our trip. The sweet young man who checked me in put us in a larger corner room on the top floor after learning we were staying with our pet.

The room was spacious, clean, cozy, well-decorated, and had a nice view of the performing arts center across the street. Our kids were also impressed with the room. They especially liked the seating area with its own TV and comfy couch for reading. There is an additional TV across from the beds. The bathroom area was generous. As a family of 4, we had to request one more set of towels as the room only had 3. Housekeeping was quick to provide us the additional set.

We valeted our vehicle for the duration of our stay and it was absolutely worth it. Anytime we needed our truck, we sent a text and within a few minutes our vehicle was ready for us.

All the staff we interacted with were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It made the stay all that much more enjoyable.

We took advantage of the outdoor pool and billiard table for the kids, and happy hour for the adults. Since we went during a slow time of the year, the hotel was fairly quiet and, honestly, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

A cute treat and water bowl station for pets is located close to the convenience store. There is a small area adjacent to the hotel for pets to do their business. Perhaps my favorite feature was the little home next to the reception area featuring an adoptable pet from a local rescue. This totally sealed the deal for us to plan a return visit to the hotel!
