Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Orlando Airport, FL

This was a very clean and cozy hotel, with so many dining options within walking distance! I was pleasantly surprised to see a mini fridge in our room that we put our road drinks in to cool them for the next day and honestly, we had an absolute blast in our one day there. The staff were kind and helpful with allowing us to borrow a stapler for our cruise luggage. They good humordly asked us if we went over our cruise check list lol. We enjoyed it, and a highlight is that it's so close to the airport.

Really nice hotel. Great staff. Hot tub and pool, minutes from the airport! I've seen other reviews about the room. My room was very nice. Not sure what people expect for under $100 so close to the airport.

We have been here 2 weeks after moving in town and our new apartment not being quite ready. From day 1, Nesha and Rey have been amazing! I spoke to Nesha by phone before I booked and she was so sweet. Rey and Nesha are so helpful and personable, and treat us so kindly. Evilyn takes wonderful care of us and our room, she is always smiling and pleasant! Everyone is always checking with us to make sure our stay is going well. The hot breakfast and the ladies who work it have been fantastic. The hotel is quiet, clean, and especially the pool and spa- sparkling! Thank you everyone! Richelle and Thomas (room 221) 🤗

We checked in rather late.The lady at the front desk Deanna was very friendly and very accommodating she made our stay awesome.Breakfast was not too bad and coffee was available in the lobby they also have restaurant walking distance and the room was clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed here for a few days while waiting to move into my home. The guy at reception Santiago was fantastic! Very helpful and professional, always has a nice smile and great customer service. So big thank you to Santiago!!

My husband and I had a flight that was cancelled last minute and we were stranded at the airport for an extra day. After searching around, the Country Inn and Suites had the lowest rate and so we called. Not only did they book us a room last minute at a reasonable price, they provided free transportation from the airport as soon as we called, and allowed us to check in early. While we waited for our room to be ready, they locked our luggage up so it would be safe and let us grab breakfast and swim in the pool/hot tub until things were all set. The lady at the front desk was so patient and so kind as we dealt with less than ideal circumstances. We were so grateful for her help and her hospitality.

The rooms themselves are standard rooms, nothing fancy and a little musty so if you're looking for a ritzy long term place this isn't it. However, we just needed a place to crash instead of sleeping at the airport and we were so thankful for the staff going above and beyond to help us! The hotel is walkable to several restaurants and also has door dash availability so we were able to take care of our needs very easily. The pool is open pretty late which was nice and they have snacks and some basic supplies available for purchase. If you find yourself having terrible luck with flights, definitely contact the Country Inn and Suites!

Quick, easy and friendly check in. The location is great, just north of the airport. Rooms are nice, great wheelchair space in the bathroom. My only complaint is one section of the room is a little tight for wheelchair accessibility near the coffee maker and bench. Missed breakfast, would have been nice if there was some fruit available for early departures. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

So I flew down for a long weekend a few months ago to visit a friend and sightsee but they tested positive so I could no longer stay with them. I really didn't want to stay at a place that close to the airport but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast was great! I'd stay here again for sure.

We got in really late after a delayed flight. The check-in was so fast. The guy at the desk gave us chips. It was a really nice gesture. We hadn't eaten in a while. We did get to have breakfast, I enjoyed it all. I would definitely go back.

Amazing customer service! we had to stay here due to a long layover and I have to say they have the best front desk staff I’ve ever dealt with. Ray upgraded our room and set us up with transportation to the airport and made sure we were taken care of.

Beautiful property, park like setting, with comfortable beds and very quiet rooms. Fridge and microwave too. Many places to eat nearby and close to the airport. I think I even saw an airport shuttle.

I book a room with Country Inn & Suites due to a canceled flight. The staff was very nice, and professional. My room was clean comfortable. Love the location. The location is approximately a mile and a half from the Orlando airport. Great location. Many restaurants nearby to choose from, actually less than a mile away. I was able to enjoy a movie and shopping during my stay, also located close to where I was staying. Definitely coming back for a weekend stay. Loved the accommodations. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone thinking about coming to Orlando.

We were a little Leary as we saw some not so great reviews but it was for one night so we decided to try it. We stayed here after a 2 week cruise and I am glad we did. The bed was so very comfortable, way better than on the ship. It was also nice having the suite so I could stay up and read while he took a nap. I did find it odd that they do not have a shuttle but instead they pay for a Lyft ride to and from the airport. It would be nice if they let you know ahead of time as we were dropped off from the cruise where the hotel shuttles we're at and it was the wrong area. This would not have been a problem but we had 6 suitcases due to how long the trip was. It was just a tiny problem and we just rented one of the luggage racks to move it. The staff was nice and let us drop our luggage off early so we could go get some lunch. Room was very clean. No weird smells you sometimes get at hotels like in the elevator or hallways.

Excellent shuttle service. Good location nearby some good restaurants.

So surprised at how many bad reviews there are - we had such a lovely stay!! Checked in very late due to our flight being delayed but the lady at the desk (I believe she was called Benita) was so helpful and an amazing character, very relatable and made us feel so at home, even upgraded our room to the "King Suite" which was massive and super clean!! Bed was so comfortable after a horrifically small plane seat; microwave, fridge, coffee maker all there too. Bathroom even had a bath! Breakfast was ok, nothing too fancy but filled me up for the day. Shame we didn't have time to try the pool. We had to wait around for our next flight but reception was more than accommodating and let us sit there for a few hours and enjoy the free coffee. So sad we couldn't stay for more than a night, as the price was fantastic for the facilities and location!

Had a really great stay. Beds are awesome. Airport shuttle is paid for by the hotel, and it was easy to arrange, and fast/convenient. I left a hat that fell behind the couch that I forgot to get the next morning. The staff was just wonderful in finding it for me right away, calling me back arranging sending it to me.
Staff was also very friendly, from check-out to housekeeping, to checking out. They are doing customer service terrifically!

My wife and I stayed here as a part of cruise vacation out of Port Canaveral. We used GoPort to stay the night here before we sailed out. The rooms were lovely, they have a good sized fridge and a microwave. The pool area is great and it was a nice place to hang out. The lobby had free cookies which was a nice touch. Also the breakfast was great and included with our stay. The hotel was close to tons of restaurants, stores, and a small park. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Nisha did such a good job my whole stay helped me out a bunch really made my stay enjoyable thank you again.
