Hyatt Place Orlando Airport

I'd give the service 10 stars if I could! Very helpful and kind staff. My wife got food poisoning at the Mexican restaurant down the road and was not feeling well. They were super great helping me take care of her! The room was very roomy and clean. Very convenient to the airport. All around an excellent stay. The guys at the front desk were wonderful! Very close to a park with a good playground if you have little ones. The price and deal on parking was also excellent. We paid for a night at the hotel and 10 days of parking for the price of a hotel stay for the night. 10 stars!

I had a positive experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the extremely helpful front desk clerk. Their assistance allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel during my train trip, which was greatly convenient. While the hotel's decor is somewhat dated, I found everything clean and in good working order. It's worth noting the hotel's proximity to the airport, so some level of noise is to be expected. Overall, my stay was good and met my needs well.

Arrived to the hotel late and was provided amazing service as soon as I stepped in. Lya and Joey were a dynamic duo providing quality customer care on site and on the phone. Joey was just as nice as he was on the phone. As I walked up to my room, the facility smelled clean. And when I entered my room, it smelled clean. Room was nice and tidy. Showers were clean as well with toilet paper stocked. Beds were comfy. I woke up late cause those beds felt amazing after a 14 hour day. When I checked out, the manager was super nice and helpful. The staff is doing a great job up keeping the hotel and providing awesome customer service. Definitely would bring my family here to stay. Thank you Hyatt Orlando Airport crew.

We were going on a cruise out of Orlando and had to stay here for one night before the cruise and one night after.

The location is good - only about 5-7 mins away from the airport. There is a free hotel transfer from the airport and back (you do have to call them and let them know). The rooms are really big and can sleep up to 6 people in a two double room situation. The staff was so nice and quick and free breakfast was included.

Great hotel! Rooms were cleaned daily, and the bed was made. The breakfast was delicious and had alternative milk options. The pool was clean, and we had a blast. The hotel is close to the airport, which was convenient, especially since we had an early morning flight. Use the QR code for parking. Honestly, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a party of 11 and the hotel was very accommodating. The rooms were large and clean. The service was great.

Lya in the overnight shift was incredibly professional, helpful, and caring. She greeted us warmly upon arriving at 2AM and was able to get us checked in quickly all while explaining everything we needed to know who the Hyatt. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I always love when a hotel has soap / shampoo / conditioner dispensers. I'd recommend this hotel.

The facility is definitely on the older side. But overall clean, and good water pressure for shower.

The front desk and overall staffs who work there are attentive, friendly, accommodating, and amazing. Thank you for your hardwork and putting on a smile even though at times they were swamped with guests!

And they provide iced cold lemon,lime,cucumber water!!

Nice, clean hotel near the airport. We had a king room that had a desk and a little seating area with a pull out sofa bed and a wet bar area. Offers an airport shuttle that starts at 4am and I think ends around 10 or so. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Nice clean rooms with lots of space and amenities. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast. Easy shuttle service from the airport. Very nice staff.

Love it there, the room was welcoming, area to sit, couch to watch TV opens up and comfy. Football was on the TV so, no review on color and quality of TV, joke! Shower nice even had shampoo and conditioner. Bed nice, didn't wake up at all. Best of all was front end staff! and the shuttle drivers Jose you have a good group!

I will never stay anywhere else than this place when I hit Orlando and that is quite often. Let’s just start with the amazing customer service that went over the top to help my extenuating circumstances. The place is absolutely clean. The breakfast was great and the rooms were comfy and spacious. I’m surprised we got all that we did for such a great price!!!

I stayed here with my dad after a business cruise with my company. We only stayed for one night but I loved my room so much. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. the pool was lovely. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We ordered lunch off their menu. Generous portion of yummy french fries served with our meals. They serve a hot breakfast in the morning. It was delish. Its walking distance away from Tgi Fridays so we had dinner there the night of our stay. We took a free shuttle in the morning to the airport and the driver was super friendly. All in all a great stay and I'll definitely be booking again in the future.

Stopped here for the night as on our way to a cruise. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy and I slept like a baby! Decent sized fitness room for a morning workout and nice hot breakfast to get going for the day. I had the digital check in with the app and the process was pretty smooth. I usually stay at a Marriott or Hilton but Hyatts are becoming a fast favourite too.

Such a great stay! Sanela was our room attendant and went the EXTRA mile making my kids happy (bears sitting upright on the bed) also making me feel so comfortable and at ease knowing my room had her magic touch. Also the management staff was so delightful and accommodating (especially the assistant GM) Thank you so much again! I definitely recommend this hotel 10 out of 10

It’s a bit dated but very clean. The air conditioner was noisy but it covered the jet noises. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great too. It was a great option for us due to a flight issue.

Best Hyatt place I’ve stayed in! Beds were comfy, room was clean. Breakfast was great with wide variety of food options. Pool was super clean. Every time I walked past an employee, they would ALWAYS acknowledge me, even the housekeeper. Also Perfect location!

Rooms are clean and nice for business people. Had good work areas and lots of charging stations. Nice little bar area and some food. Pricey but close to airport.
