Mailing a final notice invoice when there was zero correspondence prior to that is unprofessional.
The only acceptable payment allowed is a physical check or cash. As a business operating in 2022, it’s way past the time for you to accept other forms of payment, especially when you are looking for multiple payments from an entire community of separate home owners.
Even your staff said the “owner is very old school”. I’ve heard similar issues from other local residents. Hopefully your process will improve in the future.
