TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. You feel welcomed. They were also very flexible and accommodating to our needs. Grace who checked us in was such a sweet person. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Perfect hotel when flying in and out of Orlando airport. The breakfast had so many good options and even my kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again

This hotel is located very near to the Orlando airport and it is a great option if you want to stay near the airport. I booked a double queen bed room, the room had a good amount of space, a well equipped kitchen (although didn’t use it), a dining table, and a pretty decent size bathroom. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to the requests. They offer a complementary breakfast which was good and in lines with the conventions that the Marriott hotels generally follow. There is ample amount of parking available along with many charging ports for the electric vehicles. It is little bit far away from the Disney Parks and the Universal so need to be mindful of the traffics and travel time if targeting visit to the parks.

I just wanted to acknowledge Grecia and her Customer Service at the front desk. She went above and beyond during our last stay, here. We've stayed here many times before, and we look forward to our next stay. Can't go wrong here. Again, Thank You for always being professional and courteous 🙂!!!

We love this place! It's so close to the airport and has a free shuttle. They have been flexible and generous as we have arrived early sometimes. The breakfast is really great (has variety and yummy fresh options) and our while family enjoys it. On a nice day, it's walking distance to a few places.

Our stay at the hotel met our needs, but I particularly want to commend their outstanding service when we accidentally left a phone behind. I was doubtful it would be found or turned in, but to my surprise, when I called, they confirmed they had it. They even offered to ship it to us, which they did promptly and securely packaged. Thank you for your excellent service!

This I a great option to stay at when you are traveling in or out of MCO. It is conveniently located and is very comfortable and a good value. They have a park and fly package which allows you to leave your car while you fly out and their shuttle drivers are helpful and courteous. Note: you do need to call the hotel upon your return to let them know you need a ride from the airport and to arrange the meeting place.

A great hotel that I just recently discovered! My second stay here. The decor is super cool with an aviation theme. The hallways have frames looking like airplane windows.. The lobby is well appointed with a great breakfast room offering complimentary breakfast. Coffee available all day. Nice bar with daily happy hour. A great checkin by Mike today. Made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. They now offer daily airport parking ($9/day) and complimentary shuttle to the airport!

Excellent hotel! Conveniently has shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It smells amazing! I wish I knew what they cleaned with. The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. A guest told me the hotel shuttle took him to a nearby restaurant to pick up food. We were about a hour early but, we were able to check into our room. The room was very clean, and smelled great. A room attendant, Naty, was very kind and helpful getting more towels for our room. The front desk and shuttle driver gave us helpful information about getting to the cruise port the next morning. We used the onsite laudry facilities. It had detergent available, and the washers and dryers had timers so you knew how long it would take to finish the laundry. The pool was nice and our children enjoyed it. There was a family BBQ ing by the pool, so it was a very large grill in the area. The continental breakfast was delicious the next morning with a lot of options. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying again in the future. I've marked it as a favorite on my rewards account!

We stayed here the night before our cruise. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly. Walking distance to many restaurants. Will stay here again.

The nicest Marriott hotel I’ve stayed at in years! Extremely clean and very nice employees. They also had a much better free breakfast than most hotels.

Great location near the airport and the staff was very nice . Only downside is that the shuttle doesn’t run 24/7.

We got stranded in MCO airport and airlines refused to give us our luggage which contained our infant speciality baby formula. So we were scrambling for a hotel since we have 2 small children’s. This hotel was one of the last rooms available near the airport. Such kind staff and showed empathy- one employee even let me borrow his personal charger for the night. We were so pleased and it was such a blessing to be able to find a room and we could walk next door to chuy’s for dinner. Walgreens delivered here and the rooms were very clean. A little bit of empathy and kindness from the staff made an incredibly challenging day much more manageable.

I’m usually a little skeptical of TownePlace suites, because some of them are outdated. However, this was one of the nicest Town Place Suites we’ve stayed at. It was very close to the airport and they offered shuttle service. We only stayed one night due to early flight but I highly recommend.

Service was excellent, room was spotless, and a great variety for their complimentary breakfast. Not the standard “just muffins and toast”. They offer eggs, sausage, hashbrowns etc. Very happy with the choice to stay here.

This review is based on a flight layover, so we were only in the room for 4-5 hours. It was nice to have a clean and comfortable room to catch a few hours of sleep before heading out on the next leg of our getaway. The shuttle service was very convenient and a much added value. The staff members were excellent and extremely friendly.

Great hotel that is less than 5 minutes from MCO. Recently updated, rooms are spacious, CLEAN as can be, and extremely modernized. Bar down stairs was great. Staff was 10/10- so nice and accommodating. Had 4 people ahead of me at check-in and was in and with my key within 5 minutes. I left my wedding band in my room- they found it within minutes, gave instructions on how to get it shipped to me, and handled it with the utmost urgency. Alvaro, Kevin, and Victoria are doing a great job and have a well run hotel!!!
