Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando International Airport, an IHG Hotel

Stayed overnight before our flight home to San Diego, the hotel was very clean, rooms were incredibly spacious, and James at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Phenomenal customer service, friendly, and very helpful! Would absolutely recommend!!

Convenient thr airport. Service was good, room clean. Breakfast was acceptable but not great. Maybe we picked the wrong time to come down.

The stay in this hotel was the best thing that happened to our family yesterday. We spent 12 hours in Orlando airport waiting for a Spirit flight that constantly got delayed for different reasons hour after an hour ((
The receptionist guy Daniel was great to give us directions and help with the hotel shuttle service at 11pm yesterday, then provided us with the room and toiletries we needed. The hallways smells nice , the room is clean and spacious. Bed sheets fresh and feel nice to touch. Breakfast at the hotel was great as well, with variety of food options. We also noticed there were computers along with the printer available for the public usage, might be helpful for someone. We are definitely keep this hotel in mind for the future reservations, however hope we will be able to finally fly TODAY from Orlando ))

This place saved me! My flight home got cancelled due to weather so I got stuck in Orlando one extra night, and I was already at the airport. In a rushed manner, I booked myself at the La Quinta down the road from this place (do NOT book there- the rooms are not clean at all, the room and hotel smelled like marijuana everywhere, and weird people were hanging around. I did not feel comfortable at all staying there as a solo female traveller). Upon arriving at La Quinta I knew I could not stay there, so I quickly looked for something else. I saw this Holiday Inn & quickly booked a room here. Upon getting there I was immediately relieved (it had been a really long day dealing with airline/airport and the awful hotel down the road). The man at the front desk was super nice and welcoming, my room was extremely clean, and it was quiet throughout the night. To make it even better, there was free breakfast in the morning and a free shuttle service to the airport! If I were ever stuck in Orlando again but needed to stay close to the airport, I’d stay here over and over. Highly recommend if you’re in a bind at the airport and need a place to stay!

Room was very clean and neat (ADA), staff was exceptionally helpful and caring. FOB didn’t work, we were stranded so to speak. The nice young man at front counter, called and had a new battery sent via his door dash account as I didn’t have one. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but he was AMAZING and had a nice southern accent. The new battery didn’t solve the problem, but while we were waiting another you d man suggested that I look on internet to see how to bypass, was able to make that work and made it home safe and sound! I would highly recommend this place and will use again when we are in the area.

Extremely comfortable room with all the amenities. Quite. Nice desk and chair for working from room. Strong WiFi. Location is a little hard to find as it wedged behind a car wash.

Daniel at front desk was very nice, professional, reassuring. Our flight landed at 12:30AM and they were able to get us the shuttle from the airport and a late checkout which was super nice! Nice rooms, clean (thanks to Mary). The shower could use more pressure but that’s a detail. Breakfast was a classic continental breakfast, we enjoyed the convenience. I would recommend

Awesome place to stay close to airport , really appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle waited about 15 minutes nice van, we walked to restaurant Fish on Fire which was awesome as well We will be back!!

My son and I stayed here the night before our cruise. The property and staff were great. Very clean and in perfect shape. The shuttle service was very prompt and clean. The free breakfast was more than you could ever imagine and the staff was very nice and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel for any stay in the area.

Super clean. Odd location but close to the airport. Down the street is a great Seafood restaurant, Fish On Fire. My review is there too. Holiday Inn Express has a tasty breakfast and good coffee. That's important when traveling.
If you want a cocktail or a beer, walk next door to Cambria Hotel. It's just steps away.

Wonderful staff. Nice rooms. The whole place was comfortable. Nice breakfast too. Will book with Holiday Inn in the future.

Super nice for the "quality range". We had a suite with a kitchenette, the fridge was a bit noisy, but it had a lot of room to store and prep food. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was good although the coffee was very bright and acidic. The kids loved the pancake machine. The shuttle service from the Orlando airport was not available when we arrived, but the hotel reimbursed us for the taxi we took instead.

My family and I stayed here recently and had a great experience! Rooms were clean and the laundry machine was a nice amenity to have on hand. I would like to give a shout out to Alaize (the lady at the front desk) as she was super helpful and polite and made our experience even better! Thank you so much!

Great place to stay in Orlando, close to the airport. Free shuttle to airport included.

Just needed somewhere to stay the night before our flight. We didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities but overall a nice experience. Wish we could have been able to enjoy the pool or breakfast but maybe next time. A great option to stay in the Lake Buena Vista area or near the airport. Only a couple minutes away.

Great location close to the airport and the staff is very friendly clean rooms too.

It was a quick free-shuttle ride from the airport. Our driver, Alejandro was very pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was also very nice! Our room was very clean.

Excellent hotel.
Clean rooms and very spacious.
Pool .. gym .. laundry.
Staff was above and beyond.
Shuttle to the airport every hour on the half hour.

Definitely would stay in this location again.

Service, cleanliness, friendliness, I can't say enough good things!! We were coming back from a cruise and had stayed in a different hotel that was closer to port before cruise. It was a lot more money and couldn't hold a candle to this place! I highly recommend The Holiday Inn Express! The young man working the front desk was exceptional, I believe his name was Jordan!
