Excellent atmosphere, great location and view, outstanding service, delicious pastries nice and warm and good food. The maple bacon is a must!!!
We will gladly come back here and recommend this place to everyone. You will love it as well. Prices are reasonable and good size portions. Is a win win all together.

The menu was exceptional. I enjoyed the ciabatta-based muffaletta. It seemed small, but was stacked with fresh ingredients. Fresh ground coffee is a winner by any standard. I had the medium roast and it was smooth as silk. This means good coffee and clean coffee pots. That’s all for now. I have to go home and put my pot through the cleaning cycle!

We ate there for Sunday brunch, I had the chicken salad and my wife had the French toast. The food was delicious, the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend the Blue Collar Cafe.

Super friendly staff and the meal was mouth watering. I had the breakfast skillet with three fried potatoes. My son had the biscuits and gravy. My grandson had the croissant sandwich. We also had Cinnamon sugar scones and coffee. Breakfast is served all day. It was all Delicious! They are crowded on Sunday after church just for info. Our first visit but not my last.

This was our first visit to the Niceville location and I will say that the service was excellent and the food was incredible! I had one of the best burgers that I've ever had in my life here. I would compare it similar to the one offered by McGuire's and as good as the one from up the street at Cafe Bienville, overall I was thoroughly impressed! We also got a French Toast sandwich which was also amazing. We ordered a single grilled cheese for our two children as they weren't super hungry and they were kind enough to split it onto two separate plates which made things so much easier for us! The pricing was also extremely reasonable and loved the atmosphere. We will definitely be making this a regular place for us to visit.

Visited and everything was as wonderful as before! Service was excellent, food was tasty and service was quick. Will continue to visit when the opportunity arises.

Came here with my family for my birthday breakfast! The food was AMAZING! We ordered an Everything Bagel; Egg, Cheese & Potato Burrito; & an Egg, Bacon & Cheese on a Croissant meal. The coffee was super yummy & you could see The Bay right from the window. Everything about this place was lovely & we will definitely be back in the future!!

Great little cafe stop for a quick breakfast before heading back to Tampa! All of the servers and service was great, everyone was so attentive. The food was delicious we ate it too fast for pictures, lol but we ordered the burrito, the breakfast skillet, and the county ham which was sweet and that was my only issue. Definitely recommend a stop in if you are in the area.

What a great find!! Hubby and I were in Niceville for Timpoochee Barbershop Harmony Retreat. Popped into this little Cafe for breakfast. We immediately loved it's rustic charm. I chose the biscuits and gravy special. 😋 The gravy was velvety, thick and full of sausage. Biscuits were definitely made in house.. flaky, soft in the center with crispy edges..oh yes!! Eggs were cooked perfectly 🥰 Hubby had the Tout Suite - cheesy eggs, and bacon 🥓 on a huge buttery croissant. His eyes lit up with delight when he sunk his teeth in for a first bite!! He sang out "oh my god that's good!" The place was bustling with people as we enjoyed conversation and our yummy breakfast. On the way out we grabbed on of their gigantic brownies to enjoy at home. They are under $3.00 !! They even gave a great idea... cut it in half, warm it up, put peanut butter inside, put it back together and top it with a scoop of ice cream!! Oh my!!

The food was superb, the service was warm and accommodating, the inviting local decor created the ambiance, and, above all, the harbor view was priceless. I had French toast and would highly recommended.

What a great place to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Aneatria was a fantastic Southern Belle of a waitress. Courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The food at the Blue Collar Cafe is great too. Really enjoyed it. We sat on the front porch and looked out over the bay. Had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Btw, my wife says the desserts here are so fantastic they're downright sinful! She says she's going to have to go to church this Sunday and repent. 😎

An unassuming little cafe with a good variety of breakfast and lunch items at great prices.
Served on paper plates with plastic ware but hey it's about the amazing food not the plates and such.
Friendly helpful staff! Great service!
Nice variety of fresh ground coffee/espresso beans!
Seating is a little tight but it works.
We will definitely be back to try more of the other menu items next time we are in the area!

1st time I tried Blue Collar Cafe and I must say, I was not disappointed!! I tried the B.O.B. on the everything bagel & it was amazing! The bagel was toasted but so soft, not chewy at all! The omelet was enjoyable. The maple bacon was sweet like candy, but so very good! Even the fresh fruit was good and a very nice touch. Not many places do that anymore! I also picked up a Maple Pecan Cinnamon Roll for later. Everything was fresh and homemade. I truly enjoyed it very much! Definitely 5 🌟 & I would definitely recommend you give them a try! Great place, friendly staff, and definitely a good breakfast! Without a doubt, I will be back!! 💜

Great little find across the street from the bay. This would be a great place for brunch. Breakfast served all day. Thad the chili dog. Large kosher dog with chili and all the fixings. Service is great and all of the staff check to make sure you have everything you need. They have many baked goods available however I did not try any of them. Will definitely go back.

Literally the best meal we've had during our stay down here! Service was superb. Atmosphere was amazing.
I have no picture of our bagel breakfast sandwiches because we inhaled them and savored them at the same time! The coffee was so good, the maple bacon was like candy, and the bagels- besides being giant they were perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and unlike other homemade bagels we've had they were not too chewy- they were just right. 5 star food for sure.
Tisha waited on us and she was on top of everything, had perfect recommendations, described everything perfectly. She's definitely 5 star worthy.
We did purchase some of the deliciously large desserts to go and I took a pic of those.

A hidden gem! No greasy spoon, this is a well-run foodie paradise. Get the BOB to begin, and next visit, choose another entré. Coffee is freshly ground, and be sure to check out the outstanding baked goods as you leave.

The food here is amazing. I have some "regular" faves. The roasted red pepper soup and grilled cheese is always a good one. Their burgers and salads are great too. Whatever you get, add bacon to it. Their bacon is incredible!! It's always a pleasure to see Tish!!

First time there. Got to say I personally loved it. Great atmosphere, great service, fair pricing. We started with a pastry just to test them put, excellent cinnamon bun. I went for a breakfast meal since they offer the full menu at all times. I did ask for the bacon to be crispy and it wasn't, I didn't ask for it to be cooked more. In their defense their bacon is very thick and it is difficult to get that crispy so I won't fault them at all. My opinion, Fully Recommend! A+!

Adorable cafe right next to the water. Their BOB breakfast sandwich was delish and the service was great!

I had the B.O.B. (breakfast on a bagel) which was served on a homemade bagel with homemade maple bacon and a cheese omelet. It was amazing! It came with fresh fruit too. The service was timely and friendly. I was in a large group that meets regularly and the owner gave us some free sweets to show appreciation. I definitely recommend this place.

This is a classic, laid-back, small menu place. I love it when you can decide what you want quickly because they make a few things and do it well. On the weekends this place is packed so we go during the week. The view is beautiful if you sit facing the door or outside. Their bagels are HUGE.
