There's always something wrong with their website/app

It's very unfortunate, that on top of the misery and suffering you have when your "loved one" 👈(they say that purposely) is gone, the only way you can get $ to them is through a third party, which charges money. As if you don't put out enough money, or aren't losing an extra income to begin with. They're slick, they'll give a one minute phone call just so you can hear their voice, knowing you'll put money on the phone. That's why they say your "loved one". Besides that, the money gets there, it's the principal.

why does jay pay charge so much to send money. their rates are double
those of fee service. It cost me $9.95 to send $200.00. I will be looking for another service

Wish it was easier to add funds to an inmate's account.

The level of services that your allowing is a disgrace and this new critical update that has been done to inmates tables for them not being able to use them is not a good thing. We are turning this over to our attorney. Because I was informed by your customer service department this evening I need to buy a new tablet for my LO and this is his 3rd tablet in 2 years

Don't use their e-mail. It's a big Scam. I bought stamps and wrote every day for a week. Get a letter from my in-mate saying he hasn't received a single one!! They let out 80 guys and if you are the 4th one in line at the e-mail kiosk you will run out of time. They only have one machine ?? Come on JPay. I feel used and mad . Tried cust. service and got no where.

I added funds to a media account instead of something else and the wouldn't move the money. Same inmate. Shouldn't have been a big deal.take advantage of people just because they're on prison
