Starting with the soft music played by the guitar player and wonderful vocals. The atmosphere is beautiful. The staff are polite and friendly. The starter was the fried green tomato’s. Cleverly prepared with mozzarella cheese it is delicious. The main course was outstanding. Pork chop and a stuffed baked potato, I couldn’t stop eating. Lol. Also the surf and turf is a wonderful pairing and so tender. Wow. The Spanish red blend is a super smooth wine I highly recommend. The deserts are amazing. Cheese cake and berries. Yum. I really am amazed that as often as I have been in St Augustine and have never eaten here. So glad I found this place. You’re in for a treat.

Absolutely fantastic food and service! Great fuse from the balcony as well. Breakfast and lunch are both available during the day. My son had the pancakes and we all split the cornbread. They were both incredible. The quality of the food is really high and we would definitely come back.

Sitting outside is a must to overlook the fort/main street. Nice breeze there. You MUST get the cast iron cornbread! Sweet and delicious! The BBQ Spiced Fried Calamari was yummy. Tastes like bold & spicy Buc-ee's nuggies, but better! Lol. (If you know, you know lol) We loved the short rib and baked potato. It was a special Memorial Day weekend. We loved the shrimp pasta with the grilled shrimp, chorizo and bucatini as well. So many delish options here! Very very fresh! Must get the key lime cup and ganache chocolate cake for dessert. Great restaurant and great service!

My dining experience at Sainte-George Restaurant was great. The place has a fancy and calming feel, perfect for any special occasion or just a nice treat for yourself.
It's a bit pricey, but the experience and quality are definitely worth it.
The food here is top-notch. Whatever you choose from the menu, you're in for a treat because everything is made with a lot of care.

All in all, Sainte-George Restaurant is a wonderful place for delicious food, a beautiful atmosphere, and good service. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it's ideal for a celebration, a romantic dinner, or just a fancy night out. Beth was amazing! She was so kind and had great suggestions. Overall the atmosphere was perfect, a nice breezy summer night on the balcony. The drinks were 10/10, and I had the ribeye with the demi glaze on top- amazing! Definitely will return.

To preface the whole review, I went with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday which I had notified the business when I made my reservation. Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess greeted us warmly and asked who's birthday it was. Great attention to detail!

We got a bottle of wine and began our meal with the Hummus Trio. We thought it might need a little salt but it was still amazing, fresh and tasty. My girlfriend ordered a feta salad and I got a French onion soup and both of these small dishes were amazing. Easily two of the best things you can order. My girlfriend could not stop raving about the salad and the feta and grapes in her salad and how good it was together.

For our mains I ordered the stuffed chicken and my girlfriend ordered the short rib. The short rib was phenomenal and fell apart on our forks. The chicken was sautéed to perfection and had perfect seasoning. It was absolutely delicious.

As a treat our waitress, who was one of the nicest people we had experienced in all of St Augustine, told us we get a free dessert, so we got a pistachio mouse and blackberry tart that was insane. Yes, insane. I highly suggest you try it when you visit.

All in all, this restaurant really treated us well. Everything was fresh and tasty. The ambience was classy and quiet. They renovated the space recently from a pizza place and just opened up. This was exactly what they needed to the start of downtown St Augustine!!! I can't wait to go back again and this time sit outside on the balcony overlooking the fort and the ocean!!!

I admit, I went in a bit skeptical. Honey-glazed salmon? Not my usual fare. And I'll confess, I'm not a rice enthusiast. But one bite of that salmon, and I was singing a different tune. The glaze was a symphony of sweet and savory, perfectly caramelized and clinging to the moist, flaky fish. And the rice pilaf? It was like a revelation, fluffy and bursting with fragrant herbs and spices that somehow made me forget my rice aversion.

Speaking of surprises, the whipped potatoes deserve their own standing ovation. Infused with a subtle hint of lemon, they were unexpected, but utterly delightful. Creamy and light, they provided the perfect counterpoint to the richness of the salmon. My wife, who's no big fan of hamburgers, devoured hers with the same gusto. That's the kind of magic St. George works.

And then there's the service. As I was leaving, I stopped to compliment the staff on the incredible meal. The person I spoke to, impeccably dressed and exuding a certain leadership aura, surprised me when she revealed she was one of the owners! How often do you see an owner bussing tables, taking the time to ensure every guest has a flawless experience? It speaks volumes about the dedication and passion that permeate this restaurant.

So, a huge thank you to Scott York at See American Tours for putting St. George on my radar. You sent me on a culinary adventure I'll never forget. If you're looking for a dining experience that's as much about the atmosphere and service as it is about the food, look no further than St. George Restaurant. Fantastic every time I’ve been! Exceptional food, a truly friendly and dedicated staff, and genuinely one of the best views in town—if the weather is suitable, there’s no better balcony to be on! We’re local and this is our go-to spot for romantic dinners or showing the town off to visiting loved ones. I’ve had a different dish each time and have always left feeling it was worth every penny. If you like fish, DO NOT pass up their fresh catch. They also do a chorizo sauce that we liked so much we took our spoons and ate the leftovers like soup. Don’t miss out!

Listen! This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to. I have been to Michelin star restaurants and any other kind of luxury restaurant! I typically do not enjoy the fancy dishes, I find them unappetizing so I always make sure there’s a safe option on the menu. This restaurant has some of the best food I have ever had! I had the BBQ calamari and charcuterie board as the appetizer, absolutely phenomenal which I was honestly surprised, I did not think I would enjoy it and would just give it to my boyfriend, we ate all of it!!

My boyfriend had the short rib and I had the burger, seriously some of the best food we have ever had! One of the top 5 burgers I have had, and some of the best short rib he has had! You have got to come here!

The atmosphere was definitely interesting not what we are use to since we come from a big city, but it was very cool and worth the experience. I highly recommend this place.

The prices were fair, we order 2 drinks, 2 appetizers and 2 entrees it came out to 158$.

Wow, that was the best dining experience I've had in a long time! The hostess was very pleasant. Nick, our server was extremely attentive and friendly. And the food was outrageous. My wife ordered the fresh catch (red snapper), and I ordered the short ribs over manchego grits. Both were to die for! We sat outside overlooking the fort, what a view!

Lots of creative and unique starters, cocktails and entrees - everything we had was delicious and we can’t wait to go back and try other dishes!

This was also one of those rare all around great experiences where the quality of the service was just as good as the food. First, they found us a table on an incredibly busy night when they were packed and every other nearby restaurant had a 1+ hour wait, then our bartender/server was incredibly friendly, helpful and checked in on a perfect rhythm.

I recently went to dine at this establishment and great is an understatement. From the food to the environment and to the wonderful staff. Noah was our server and he took care of our every desire. The food was some of the best I have ever experienced. Not to mention the restaurant itself felt like top tier luxury. If you want a quality experience come to st. george and ask for noah!

Amazing fine dining experience! Perfect views of the fort and water from the balcony. We had an amazing dinner with warm and friendly service.

I would HIGHLY recommend the Hummus Trio and Lobster Corn Dog for appetizers, they were delicious. All of their menu is made from scratch, even the sauces and breads. This made all of the items taste exquisite and special.

The Short Rib as a main was so good and I tried my friend's Black Bun Burger and I'm definitely getting that next time we come.

We had Easter brunch here - we’re seated on the outside patio with superb view. Delicious food, great atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a decent place.

I made a reservation for my partner's birthday, the truth is that everything went well, we were served by a very friendly blonde girl who was well trained in her job. The food requires the drinks too. I would return.

A+! We loved this restaurant! The location, service, food and prices are all excellent! We had lunch here before going to the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument directly across the street. We had a large party so we sat inside but if you can sit outside on the balcony do try it because the views of the water are beautiful.
We ordered a burger, salad with chicken and salad with salmon as well as pasta for the grandchildren. The salad had the awesome watermelon radish! We also ordered the charcuterie and the baked bread. Everything was excellent and we had no complaints!

Came in one Sunday 2/5 for a brunch and wasn't disappointed. Our server Phoebe was wonderful. I ordered a Cubano coffee and loved it! Strong and just perfect. I ordered Short Rib Hash and o-m-g it was sooooo good. The rib was so soft and every bit was perfect. I don't know who thought of this marriage of flavors but was amazing. My wife ordered the Breakfast Sandwich which came on a Kaiser Roll and was very very good. She let me sample a bit everything was cooked to perfection.

Second visit and loved it even more. The atmosphere is fabulous when your view is that if the fort in St Augustine and the bay front. Service was great with the sweetest young lady that was attentive and timely. From the cocktails we started with to the lunch specials and courses we were all happy and full! The fresh catch was cobia and it was prepared and seasoned very well. Accompanying it was roasted white and purple potatoes and arugula salad dressed with a lemon vinegarette. We also had the juicy and tasty burger, the beet salad and the ahi tuna Ba Minh sandwich. Thin seasoned fries were perfect and addicting. Tuna bowl was great too! Last trip we had the lobster lollipops (absolutely loved) Belgium waffle with blackberry compote and egg sandwich on a croissant. Two for two means we can’t wait to try more!

The food in this place is amazing, every single meal makes you feel like you are at home, the restaurant is very cozy, the customer service is amazing, all the servers are always smiling and always positive mood, we were there for like 4 hours and we enjoyed every single minute of it. The wine list is unreal and every single one one option is amazing. We ended up getting 4 different wines and all of them balance with their food just unreal. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding dinner. First, the location and decor is so welcoming. The menu is definitely for a palette of someone who wants to taste each ingredient; not covered in sauces and too many spices. All FRESH and natural tasting. We had the Lobster “corn dogs”, French country salad, mushroom soup, Special pork chop, and seared tuna. Our waitress, Kelly, was such a pleasure!
