Palm Springs Utilities Office

During my visit on 12/11/2023, I observed that the staff was very professional, kind and diligent in helping customers, despite the fact that the office appears to be understaffed.

I had a great experience here, and I bet you can too! The young girl at the desk was wonderful and greeted EVERYONE that walked in the door. Even spoke Spanish if you need that. Easy process to open account, yes it cost $160, but so what. You get it back (150 of it) when you close account. Just pay your bills like you're supposed to and you have nothing to worry about! And here's a tip for life+++instead of coming in this place expecting bad things (or any place for that matter), try something different for once, expect good things! and even if you don't feel you're getting good service give love to the people working behind the counter instead of anger and Hate. This simple principle applies anywhere. Simply remember that maybe they are just having a bad day. Maybe you give them your good energy! Then can change everybody's day for the better:-)

Ask yourself this-
do you want to feel good? Or feel crummy?. That's an easy one right?!

I see there are a lot of bad reviews... I personally feel like more people are inclined to write a bad review when they are angry than they are to write a good review when they are satisfied.
I've had Palm Springs water for 4 years now and have never had one problem with my water service, my bill or their customer service. Recently, they had to do something to the water meter out front of my house and they did some digging in the grass. After finishing their work, they replaced the grass with sod in the small area they dug up. Most other utility companies would not do that or you would have to fight with them to get them to do it. I didn't even have to ask and can't begin to explain how much I appreciate that as FPL destroyed my yard before and I've been working hard to get my grass to grow back. So far, I'm quite pleased with Palm Springs Utilities.

They make a lot of Water Bill mistakes here.

My bill fluctuates from $80-$145 each month. Our routine is consistent, nothing has changed. Toilets do not run and I have no other visual leaks. I’ve been told others experience the same. I feel as if the billing is set up to generate as such. Totally scam

Paid my bill four diff times and they still shut off my water. They never compensate for their mistakes. Plus, i had to find a ride in there all four times immediately because they refuse to fix issue over the phone. I had to print out bank statements or show receipts. Finally, after all that they turn it on. Hopefully, with the new employees they stop making big mistakes too often. We will see...
