I had a great experience at Avis car sales WPB. Daniel Arias was the kindest sales person I have ever met. He was very patient, never pushing or rushing me, explaining every detail of the options I was considering. He was transparent about every financial detail and made his best effort for me to close the deal without making me feel pressured!
I drove more than 33 miles to close a deal at that store. It was totally worth it! Congrats for the staff, for clean and organized facility and also for good car options they have. I recommend this Avis car sales at WPB, and if go, ask for Daniel! He is the best!

I'd like to start by saying Avis Car Sales is all around a great company to work with. Daniel is the type of salesman you'd dream of doing business with. He's very attentive and quick too, and still able to work swiftly and sure. He listens to your needs and is there for support and encouragement where needed. Very friendly and professional guy, rest assured your needs will be met. He is a great asset to the company and will get the job done effortlessly, makes the process very simple with his expertise. If you're looking to buy a car, I suggest you ask for Daniel. The finance manager, Jesus is also very hospitable and friendly. They have a great team here!!!

Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Hugo Ochoa, Sales Associate at the West Palm Beach Military Trail location. I initially contacted him via text through the Avis system on a Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised that he answered me back right away even though they were closed. He provided me with all the important sales figures and invited me to test drive the vehicle the next day. On Monday the next day I arrived and the vehicle was pulled up into the garage and ready for my inspection & test drive. The whole process with Hugo took approximately 30-40 minutes. He was pleasant & knowledgeable and it was so nice to not have a high pressure sales pitch thrown at you. He was like meeting a friend which was so refreshing not to feel pressured into buying the vehicle.

We then met with Jesus Rodriquez, Finance Mgr. and he too was very pleasant and knowledgeable & at no time did we feel pressure to purchase anything additional.
The whole buying experience was top notch from start to finish. In less then 2-hrs we were on our way with our “new” vehicle. I would definitely buy from them again because of how seem less & stress free the whole process was. Thank you to this team for providing such an unparalleled experience. FYI, my last vehicle bought was a Tesla online & I didn’t have to haggle about the price, you made this experience just as pleasant.

Unlike other dealerships, there were no games or tricks; what they listed the car for is exactly what they sold it for. The transaction was seamless, stress-free, and fully transparent. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and not once did I feel pressured into making a decision. I can't recommend them enough, will definitely be back.

I recently purchased a car from Avis as a graduation gift for my daughter. Although I initially encountered issues with other members of the Avis staff (who sold cars that I agreed to purchase shortly before I made the 50 mile trip to WPB to finalize the sales), DANIEL ARIAS STEPPED IN AND SAVED THE DAY! Danny made things right by locating a beautiful, white Kia Soul (with even lower mileage) in pristine condition for my daughter! Danny went out of his way to see to it that the car was set aside for my daughter the moment it arrived at the dealership. Then he spent the next several days (even his days off) arranging for the car to be serviced, detailed, the corporate paperwork filed/listed for sale on the website so the car was available for purchase/pick up well in advance of my daughter’s graduation. Danny promptly responded to my repeated texts and phone calls inquiring about the status of the sale and patiently calmed my fears that the purchase of this vehicle would fall through again. Throughout the years, I have NEVER encountered any salesperson quite like Danny Arias. He is one of the kindest, most professional, honest, considerate and hardworking people I have ever met. Thank you Danny for helping me surprise my daughter with such an incredible gift! And many thanks to Jesus, the finance manager, for his efforts in making my daughter's dream come true! Danny was highly recommended to me as an honest & forthright car salesman & I was not disappointed. My brother had bought a car there recently & was very happy with the transaction.. Avis car sales West Palm Beach was amazing 🤩 so glad I found them they are honest transparent and so easy to work with . We did most of the paper on the phone they made it so easy . If you think that a rental car is not the car to buy think again mine is a 2023 only 20,000 miles like brand new and well taken care of. Definitely check this place out for your next purchase. Great experience buying my car at Avis. Our sales person Hugo Ochoa was excellent, very personable experience and top notch customer service. The fees are explained beforehand and the process is very smooth. Highly recommended.

The manager Gerardo was great over emails and in person. He has a great command of his team and went out of his way to make sure we closed the deal in a way that was acceptable to all parties.

The salesperson Hugo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. His professional demeanor was appreciated and I never felt pressured. I enjoyed working with Hugo very much.

Francis, the finance manager, was very patient going through paperwork and I appreciated his help working through all my options.

No pressure car sales. I bought a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Still in warranty. Price was at the lower end of bluebook for car and miles. They have a set price. For the test drive, they handed me the keys and no salesman rode along. Trade in was bluebook. Minimum paperwork and no pressure for add-ons. Best experience I've had at a used car dealer.

The service was top notch service, Daniel is a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented, I have owned over a dozen vehicles in my time and had very bad experience with alot of dealerships. The whole experience with Avis was professionally handled and done in a very timely manner, I would highly recommend using them for any vehicle needs.

The Sales Consultant and General manager were very professional. The car that we discussed was pulled to the side for me and it was clean. The sticker pricing on the car was below market value, for me that was a big deal. Overall I would buy another car from Avis Car Sales in West Palm Beach again.

Found the car I wanted from them online, called and spoke with Hugo, and came and bought the car the same day. Gerardo and Hugo were both awesome. There was no back and forth, no games, just straight business. I appreciate how genuine they were, and the deal I got on the 4Runner was a better price than anywhere else by thousands.

The best car dealership I have ever been in. I tryed to weglend and haggle but i just could not. I made price comparisons and they were literary 10k under everyone else and they knew it. They gave me top dollar for my trade so, it was a no brainer. I specially recommend Daniel Arias, cool calm and willing. They didn't charge all the dome fees other dealers do, paid taxed, tag and paper work fee and I drove into the sunset. Best car buying experience ever.
