Taco Bell never fails to satisfy my cravings for delicious and affordable Mexican-inspired fast food. The flavors are consistently tasty, and the speed of service is impressive. Whether I'm in a rush or looking for a quick bite, Taco Bell's efficient drive-thru and friendly staff make the experience enjoyable. It's a go-to spot for a quick, flavorful, and budget-friendly meal that never disappoints.

Very friendly staff that greets you and helps if needed. I'm not sure if it's a new initiative or if that's the way it is at this location. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Gave me donuts at 1 AM, and made sure my food was warm when I ordered it... wanted to call and say I loved the employees working tonight but my boyfriend told me to stop calling so I just saying it here and hoping their night crew know I love them for my 1 AM donuts with my dinner :)

I want to thank some of the staff here in specific.
Because it is very noticeable.. the few I want to thank for my recent experiences are:
Tellis, and Shakita.

Tellis - He simply has the Magic smile. A notable human with a good heart.
He has blown me away with the presence he brings to the store twice now. So consistency is there too.
A kind soul who understands service and moreover being a human. Thank you for the smiles you spread. They don't go unnoticed.

Shakita - To start, utmost professionalism in a place of work. She made sure our preffered seat was clean before we sat down. She spoke to us and made us feel welcome. And she also has that element of a true person spreading positivity.
Above and beyond that:

I saw a very frustrated elderly woman struggling to open a Diablo Sauce sitting in front of me. The audible frustration made me want to help. But before I could stand Shakita was around to check on all the customers in the area. Noticing the struggle she seamlessly brightened this angry woman's day and took the social reigns.. that is service.
At. It's. Finest.

P.S. The food has been being made at a higher standard it seems. Haven't gotten a bad meal here recently. Whatever is changing, it's great.

Shakita was awesome. Extremely courteous. When there were no customers she was busy cleaning and making sure the people dining in were happy

Love the Mexican pizza and this one looked close to the advertisement! Clean and roomy location with easy access to US1.

At the time when most other places are making smaller portions to increase profits, it was a pleasant surprise to receive food that actually looked like the food displayed in their advertising.

Here in St Augustine there are few places open past 9 pm... Even places that say open till 10 close at 9:30. Here is where father of the 4th meal comes in clutch. Not only was it fast and filling but the staff are as nice as fast food employees can be... Except for my dog in south Daytona FL, Taco Bell Joe, look him up. Legends of Taco Bell Joe's greatness span far and wide here in Florida and coupled with the friendliness of the staff here tells me Taco Bell is doing something right. I asked for just one Diablo sauce packet and to my surprise there was 2. At first I just wanted to try it out, but they knew what was best for me more than I did. That 2nd Diablo sauce packet was exactly the right amount I didn't just want... But needed. Taco Bell has always been there for me through the ups and downs of life.... Girlfriend left? Taco Bell won't turn it's back on you. Failure in school or work? Not at Taco Bell, it's always a win here. Hungry at an inconvenient hour and low on funds? Father of the 4th meal is happy to be your daddy and comfort you in your time of need. Thanks Taco Bell, I love you.

First time I've been to a Taco Bell since moving here two years ago. Drive through was very busy but the dine in portion was empty. Very fast service. All items were freshly made and hot. Interior was very clear, didn't see any dirty tables.

Great clean location with friendly staff and consistent food.

Went here just a few minutes ago and had a great experience! Fiid was hot, filling, and tasted great! However, the best part of our visit was Janette, she was super sweet and kind. Her smile never left her face and it seemed genuine as well. Thank you Janette!!!!

Wonderful GF Crunchy Shredded Chicken Supreme ❤ The employees take special care with your order when you tell them of your gluten intolerance. I have never experienced any cross contamination issues at this Taco Bell location.

This Taco Bell has improved so much in the last couple years. Manager cares, and the staff is polite. Food was served well and fast.

people knock fast food but this taco bell is solid....even during the pandemic when most places were just terrible. they were on point. i mean dont get me wrong the cost has doubled...and that sucks...but staff is always friendly and does a great job

We hit up the drive through around midnight. They have a good crew, friendly, quick, and got the order perfect. Food was cooked to Taco Bell standards and everyone was happy with it (Mexican Pizza is back!)

No exaggeration THE BEST Taco bell I've ever ate. Quesadilla was stuffed properly and hot, tacos were meaty, crunchy and well made, drinks were top notch and not watered down. I was beyond impressed with my last visit. Keep it up!

So, there's two Taco Bell's here in town and this is definitely the "good" one. Y'all know what I mean. The price is reasonable, the food is good and my order is almost always made correctly. (Other Taco Bell, are you taking notes?) The employees are friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the grilled cheese melt thing they had recently was a limited time only type item but that's obviously an issue with corporate, not this location. Five out of five, will definitely visit again.

Derek, Jakada, Hunter, and Cathy were so nice! They were awesome and I appreciate their service. Its wonderful to meet kind and helpful people that go out of their way to make others nights better on a nightly food run!
