I’ve never lived in a community where I feel so welcomed and taken care of. The staff here is amazing, they literally feel like extended family. I was at the pool randomly with my family and Eugene made us some popcorn to enjoy. Seriously, it doesn’t they better than this. Thank you guys.

My husband and I have lived in Marina Key for 4 years, when we relocated to FL from NJ. Our first On-site Property Manager was Toni. Her team was Ray, Libby & Carlos. Our second On-site Property Manager is Anna. Her team is Eugene (sorry, I don’t know the maintenance person’s name but he does an excellent job). Both are Business Women with attention to detail, care and concern towards the residents & the Marina Key property. Both women are complete opposites. After living at Marina Key with both women in the On-site Property Management position, they both, even though they are complete opposites, truly do their jobs with excellence. Every need is methodically addressed; a plan is put in place. Action is taken, almost immediately, in a timely fashion with consistency. Just step into Anna’s shoes for a minute, with 208 units and many different walks of life coming and going from all over the globe, trying to live in a community environment, could you do what she does with a smile and complete the tasks at hand, to meet the versatility of our diverse community?

Wonderful. Includes a small private marina for fishing and boating. Incredible pool are. When you enter there are grape-like vines with beautiful flowers arched above your head. The pool is large and goes quite deep in the far end which includes a small waterfall. A Jacuzzi. There are steps that lead to a small sand area for those who want to have the feel of sand on there feet; Palm trees included. There are also large canopy chairs that have a tent like cover that can be put down to block the sun. Pet accommodations and beautiful view of the water. Benches are available beyond the pool area so you can sit and watch the sunset/sunrise with the Atlantic ocean wind and scent coming right at you. A wonderful place to live and have a good relaxing time.

#Lovewhereyoulive. We do, this place is great. The view, the well built apartments, the pool, the dog park, a wonderful community. They are pet friendly and over the last 2 years, we have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Just signed our third year lease!

It's been 4 years since I wrote a review and I'm still living here. I want to thank Anna and her staff for the quick response to my water leak Monday night. The maintenance team and Gene spoke to me early Tuesday morning and within 10 minutes they were at my door. My situation was resolved in 15 minutes. Thanks again for the quick response. I enjoy living here and plan on staying around for years to come. Come on by and check it out...big pool, garages, nice patios, docks for your boat and we are right on the water. It's a hidden gem and a great place to live.

Marina Key is truly a hidden a gem - I wish I found it sooner.

I love it here.

Family/friends absolutely love visiting, as its resort style living. The pool area and grounds are always immaculately clean, and well maintained on a regular basis. Property management and maintenance team are both very responsive and caring about listening to your concerns/needs. Maintenance team are usually responding to repairs within 2 hours even if its not an emergency. That has always been our own personal experience in all these years. The management team, (before Covid), always had holiday parties/gatherings by the pool, music, Dj's, brought in free food, and/or pot locks. Occasionally bring in food trucks also to accommodate working tenants taking a night off from cooking dinner.

We have lived here for almost 7 years now, and love it! Don't understand the negative comments, but then again you will always have those, and should take into account that perhaps sometimes it may even possibly be disgruntled x-tenants that may have had to be asked to leave, due to concerns about them. I recommend you come tour Marina Key for yourself and walk around and talk to current tenants. That's what we did before committing to move in.

We sincerely love it here and if you are in the market looking, I recommend to come check it out for yourself.

Living the good life, here at Marina Key. The amenities are top notch and the view is breathtaking. Being a boater and fisherman and general all around beach bum, this place has it all from the private marina to the beachside pool. The staff and management are EXCELLENT too! How could you not be in a great mood everyday with a view like this from your patio! The sense of community here is truly amazing as well. We're all one, big, happy family! I could rave about this place for hours, but I need to open a beer and go catch another Tarpon RIGHT OUT BACK!

I wrote this review a while ago. It's now April, 2023 and I'm still living here. Come check it out, it's a little piece of paradise. The folks at the front Anna, Gene and the rest of the gang are as awesome as the views, pool, intercoastal, gym, sauna and so much more. If you like that "Key West" kind of style, this is your place. Elegant but not stuffy. Folks are friendly and kind. This is not only amazing for people but dogs are treated like kids. We have our own dog washing station right by the marina. Best apartment complex I've ever lived in!

First of all, the breeze from the intra coastal is amazing, the only break you can get in Florida in the summer from the heat is right here! Moving on to the management, couldn’t be more responsive, cooperative and understanding. They really make an effort to support the idea of community ie Taco Tuesday! The maintenance is almost immediate and always done well with respect, pleasantness. As for the apartments, they are visually nice, large compared to West Palm, obviously priced better also.They are not new, no frameless showers but over all they don’t look dated. The landscaping is nice, great view to the garden or the water. I really love light and the management was very understanding about my quest for a bright apartment. The gym is fine, they have several leg machines which is great. One review stated it was outdated. I’ve lifted my whole adult life and it is fine, actually better than fine. My only complaint is that there were obvious issues with my apartment that were quickly rectified when I moved in but could have been dealt with prior to that, which would have been easier for me. The members of the community are friendly. The pool is fantastic. I have no regrets about moving here, it really is like living at a resort!
Amended review…During the surge in residents coming to Florida and the lack of available housing, Marina Key raised their rents unconscionably. The aged aspect of the place was denied with these rents. I moved there originally because of the intra coastal and the price. The place had a manager, since removed that was unable to deal with residents. Without going into specifics, look at the place, make a decision based on what you see. I am now living in a brand new apartment complex in the city of Seattle that costs less than mine at Marina Key. So I now give Marina Key by Arium 2 stars.

The New management team at the leasing office are amazing. Always up beat and a pleasure to talk to. They make everyone feel equally important and are quick to respond professionally and are happy to help.. Love Ana’s positive approach to all situations, sense she has started the property has never looked better.

My wife and I have been here four years now and we love it here! The amenities are great and we love having access to our boat in the water as well. The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance team are great and have always been very friendly and accommodating. They also hold events for the community on a regular basis. Makes it a great place to call home.

So I’ve lived here for over a year now and I can’t be more thrilled to call Marina Key my home. The community just feels like family. The staff is absolutely outstanding, always throwing little parties and get togethers for all the residents here. The people are all so laid back and friendly, and if you think you can find a more beautiful place to live on the water at these prices good luck. The pool area itself looks like it’s out of a magazine. I won’t be moving anytime soon, and I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I have lived here for nearly two years and have zero complaints. Gorgeous property! The grounds are well kept. As a young professional this is a perfect central location and it's right on the water! The amenities, particularly the pool area are fabulous. The leasing staff and maintenance are top of the line, always there to help. 5/5

I have lived here at Marina Key for 7 years now. I cannot say anything but positive things about this community. Maintenance & management requests are always very punctual and they complete the job immediately at the most highest standards. ALL the office staff is always there to help with anything we need and are very friendly and courteous. Everyone who lives within Marina Key are proud to live here and it shows with respect given by all.

Elevator intermittently inoperable. However, these apartments are solid. Very quiet and peaceful. I loved living there.

Love this place, close to our business, the amenities provided are nice and convenient, was the second place we looked at and our first choice. Thanks to Ray, Toni and Libby for all they have done to get us moved in, situated and comfortable. The maintenance men are absolutely wo l, any/every request we've submitted since moving in was tended to within 24 ours. Great place to live, the people here are friendly and very curious, walls are not paper thin and we couldn't be happier! THANKS MARINA KEY!

We are new to the WPB area and looked at MANY apartments before deciding to move here. Marina Key has THE BEST floorplans, FRIENDLY neighbors with a real sense of community, and attentive staff! There's great fishing along the dock, beautiful trees, arbors and we always feel safe at our apartment. Marina Key is dog friendly and even provides treats and waste bags for the residents! The pool is beautiful, electric and water costs (in 1 of the largest floorplans) are still under $200 per month! and the office holds events for residents.... they even let you paint your walls (as long as you prime them white before you move). There are very few drawbacks to note: a mandatory trash valet fee (whether u use it or not), 8+ month wait for a garage or other storage (which might be a good thing, proving how long residents typically live here), and although we only have 1 vehicle, 100% of the parking spaces are full at least once a month when we come home (there's no on-street parking so we go to the gate on the opposite side of the property and always find a spot).

Excellent location within minutes to Palm Beach Gardens and I-95 -- Absolutely exceptional on-site staff who take great professional care, with a personal touch, when it comes to Customer Service and the Residents here - Marina Key is incredibly well maintained -- in all areas of living - the units, pool, common area and over all presentation of the property
