My daughter just started playing softball and 3 separate times I have had to go into out local Hibbet store. Each time I have had a new person help me. They have always been so kind and helpful without being overbearing. They have always had what I’ve needed.

Eric was awesome in helping my son choose the correct baseball bat. Isaiah was in a hitting slump with his old bat on his Little League team. He had a much improved outing on Saturday at the plate. Thank you, Eric!

I been shopping at this store for many years. Eric is the best!!! I do not leave this store without a smile. I’m always satisfied with my purchase.

Great store! Had a lot more variety than expected. Didn't have the Air Jordan 1's for men but I was able discover a cool pair of kicks.

Winning combination of excellent selection with great customer service after a "not so great" visit a week earlier. Was greeted by Eric even as he was helping another family. Asked about a pair of running shoes that I was told my size "was not available" by a young lady who was running the store the week prior. Was shopping with my wife at Cobblestone and had good service last time I dealt with Eric and decided to "see what Eric has to say" as he ordered a pair of Brooks Adrenaline for me 3 months ago. Sure enough, they were available to either ship to my home or to the store. He was able to waive shipping as I told him about my experience with this employee and he apologized and seemed to had several others that alerted him to the lack of service. Further proof, one employee does not the entire store make. Thank you again Eric!

Great worker nice pleasant and very mannarable

Staff was wonderful! The ladies outfitted my first time tball player! We literally got everything we needed and he's a happy little guy. They were very knowledgeable about the different bats and which one was a great fit for him! And she took the time to interact with my son and watch him swing and hold the bat properly!

Worker was very pleasant, she helped me find the perfect outfit for my son's 2nd birthday!
