Jersey Mike's Subs

Nicole was my sandwich maker. She was a true hero today, at the time I went in it was only her. She took care of the line with excellence, making every experience custom. There were also online orders coming in and she handled those with such speed I have never seen before. I felt so special going there, I have never had such a pleasant experience before. I will go again just for Nicole.

We were so pleased to find such a friendly young lady that prepared our food! It’s sure nice to know that she try’s to make everyone feel welcome. Thank you for going above and beyond. 2 pm Monday, 2/26/24.

Me and my family went in for subs and Clayton and Susan went above and beyond to make us happy! Their service was excellent and so much appreciated. My experience was great the subs were really good. The service was outstanding. I am deaf and the young lady that attended me was so helpful and kind I truly left one happy customer.

This place is great for Celiacs! My daughter had the GF Regular Original Italian Sub today. She hasn't had a sub in over a decade. She is over the moon! I can't have gluten and have to lay off carbs, so the wonderful lady at the slicer suggested the no bread pinwheel bowl. I had the Original Italian. It was like a meat salad and totally hit the spot!

They even took the time during the lunch rush to wipe off the slicer, the counters and changed their gloves. Two super happy bellies!

Great sandwich as always! I would like to give the gentleman working when I went a shout out. He knew his customers for sure! A customer had pulled in, and before the customer had gotten to the door, the gentleman was there waiting for him with the door already open. Then he carried the food to his car for him. This is amazing customer service and very rare to see in this day and time.

Went to Jersey Mike’s with a friend yesterday.
We ordered Two whole Philly Cheese subs with grilled onions, mushrooms and green bell peppers and provolone cheese.
Elaine waited on us and the cook did a fantastic job making the subs.
They should be commended for both doing a great job. Keep up the good work and we will definitely be back. Delicious!!!

Always a good place when craving a classic sub / grinder. Mikes way IS the way. I've never been disappointed with the quality of the food. Only complaint I can have is that some employees seem rude or maybe just flustered... but overall everyone is very polite and the food is all that matters! 9/10

They had a full rail of online orders, back rail was full of Uber eats orders, and they had plenty of hot items on the rail over the flat top with a line to the door. Even with how busy they were, they remained helpful, patient and kind. Food was delicious as always but I truly commend them for being able to handle all of that business and pressure with professionalism and grace

Simply put, it was the best sub I ever had out of any of the other Jersey Mike's locations. Good & fast customer service from the cook, the food was really fresh, and it taste amazing!

I’m giving a 5 star becuse the workers are Awesome and the food is good but a 1 star for corporate making them cover there tattoos they should be ashamed of themselves they must be old and hate there life

Very good sandwich. Ordered using the app and got curbside pickup. Got the sandwich 15 minutes after placing the order on the app. The location is good relative to the historic district of St Augustine. The Price is good for this quality of a sandwich. Highly recommend.
