I highly recommend Mattress By Appointment. Jeff, the owner, has a small showroom where you can pick out your mattress. Then he has free delivery to your home. I bought a mattress and box spring from him. My mattress did not expand as it should, I called Jeff and he brought me another and I was very satisfied. Thank you, Jeff!

Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. I was able to find the mattress I wanted. The store has a great selection and the prices are great for all budgets. Highly recommend to all my family and friends!

Our experience was excellent. We found a comfortable and quality mattress for a good price and Jeff was kind enough to deliver it same day for no charge which was very helpful as we had been sleeping on an airbed.

We purchased mattresses from Mattress by Appointment in 2018 for a property in Sarasota. The property has been rented to at least a dozen families and our entire family has utilized the house over the past 5 years. We almost always receive comments how comfortable the beds are that we purchased from Mattress by Appointment. In addition to the mattresses purchased, we also purchased three bedrooms of furniture - headboards, nightstands, dressers and chests which have held up extremely well and still look brand new. Jeff has delivered our items with each order and has always been on time and extremely polite when delivering the purchases good. After having such a great experience in 2018, we returned to purchase another new mattress as one of our tenant's pets had damaged one of our mattresses. Jeff met us at his showroom, directed us towards a high value product that was reasonably priced. Delivery was on time and the product was in perfect condition. Much different than your typical retail mattress purchase process. No a massive store, sufficient but basic selection and straightforward selling. This minimalist approach means low overhead which is passed on to the consumer. We dealt directly with the owner, Jeff.

We spent about 1/2 hour checking out the options and the mattress was delivered the next day. Now, to be honest - this review is limited to our interaction with Jeff and part of his family. We have no opinion (yet) on the bed because we haven’t slept on it yet. Check back in five years.
