Rise N Vape Smoke Shop - St. Augustine

I have been here multiple times, and every time has been a great experience, but nothing quite like today going in as Olivia is working. My day has been extremely chaotic and stressful, but Olivia is the SWEETEST sweetheart ever, and took the time to genuinely ask and listen to how I am doing, all while going above and beyond to help me get what I went there for. She made my day 100 times better, and I will never stop going back to this shop because of how pleasant my experience with her was. Thank you Olivia, keep doing you because you are such a light to everybody that walks through those doors no matter what they’re there for. Somebody give this girl a raise too (no matter what shes making) because she is VALUABLE and you want her around, I promise you. I appreciate you Olivia, thanks again :,)

They have a wide selection of stuff. The staff member who helped me was very nice and understanding that I had no clue what I was there for other than a vape lol (I went for my husband). They have a small parking lot in front of the store which is amazing being in downtown St. Augustine. I had to run outside and grab more money and left my phone and wallet so they knew I was coming back and she put it behind the counter for me. Definitely going back whenever we're close by.

Good customer service! I made a mistake on my purchase. Word to the wise ALL SALES ARE FINAL so be sure to double check your items at check out. The girl working tonight (darker hair, 5'3) was awesome. Missed her name though. She got me in contact with the owner, Erica. She answered her phone at 9pm and made an exception. She was extremely nice about it to boot. I get why all sales are final, but this shows how understanding and how they value their customers which is what I value in small businesses. Thank you!!

I had swore off mango flavored vapes since they always taste like trash. But my man Ray mentioned he was the same way and pointed out Tyson’s mango flavored vape saying its one of the only ones that actually tastes like mango. Because of Ray, i actually found a mango vape thats legit.

So impressed with this shop! My friends and I went into the shop today and we all thought Jamie and Sara were SO HELPFUL and kind behind the counter 😊 They were so welcoming and helped us find exactly what we need! Not to mention the shop is very nice with an awesome fish tank and plenty of inventory. We had a wonderful experience. Definitely go if you have the chance!

Absolutely lovely shop! I was not looking forward to waiting for my ride but it was great to hang out on the couch with an awesome fish tank table while I waited for my Uber!! Sam was so helpful! Very nice experience. I will definitely be back in!

LITERALLY THE BEST SMOKE SHOP. They have fish tanks, free lollipops, and incredible customer service. Friendly, welcoming, incredible!!!
