I’ve been hearing of this place for a couple of years from a friend of mine about how delicious their food is and I can honestly say , she was right! I absolutely loved the Pollock and three sides and the ice tea was great as well. We only had one complaint and that was the steak does not come with a salad and they cannot substitute but other than that it was exquisitely tasting food and our waitress was exceptional. Thank you for Bing such a fun atmosphere and a great place to eat Bar B Q Bills in Chiefland. Go check it out if you’re hungry and want satisfaction and be happy when you leave. Great food, good portions, great service. Nice salad bar and good sweet tea.

Wow. Just Wow! This place is AWESOME! It's very close to where we're going to retire in the RV.
1. Food is hot, fresh and delicious.
2. Prices are great.
3. The staff is plentiful, sweet, helpful and an example of what wait staff in a restaurant should be!

We're very excited that we've found our go-to breakfast place for when we move up here.

Lunch and dinner are equally as good!

Stopped on a whim driving through Chiefland today, having never been there before. BBQ was great!! Top 2 in our memories! Excellent sauce. I'm glad we found it. However, stars off for no hand soap available in women's bathroom and all the tabletop BBQ sauce bottles were super sticky. Obviously, they weren't wiped down well between customers. Both the server and the cashier were very pleasant and helpful. Will be back someday.

Food was alright. The waitress messed up our order and we didn't get all of our sides. Once out food came out our waitress disappeared until we were finished our meal so it was a waste to even get them by then. And the atmosphere was great. Lots of family's there.

We are full-time RVers and live finding one of a kind, non franchise restaurants. Rhe food was a great and the wait staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

We stop by every couple of months when we are traveling between south central Florida and north west Florida. Oh my goodness gracious delicious beef or pork sandwiches. If you request They will trim the fat off of the meat which makes eating a sandwich so enjoyable. Delicious sauces and soft buns, beautiful meat. Just everything makes for a good meal. The best baked beans that are not drowning in onions and ketchup. Just delicious! I can't say enough. I just wish they would open another restaurant between Madison county and Suwannee county along I-10.

Our server was awesome. Allissa, I am not sure of the spelling sorry. Was here for lunch, the place was packed, everyone was local. The food was amazing. Great salad bar feature. Its just nice to see local talent (restaurant and staff) being supported by local people.

The food was as advertised. We had pork sandwiches, a rib platter, salad bar, and a kid meal. The meat was well-prepared and not dry. Portions are generous.

Great value. Had the small beef sandwich and sweet potato fries. Love the Texas garlic bread. Great bbq sauces, beef tender and moist. Service was great. Place was clean.

Stopped in this restaurant during our travels....it was worth it! The salad bar is full of fresh ingredients, great baked potato side, and cheeseburgers come recommended as well. Friendly service! I will stop here again when passing through. :-)

Great food and service. During regular lunch hours they can be very busy, but well worth the wait.

Food is not bad at all. Prices are on point. They do have a salad bar. The lettuce is a little weird how it is cut. It’s basically shredded lettuce but it work. I also had the sliced pork earlier in the week and it was great!!!

This was my first time here. After looking at the reviews. I was quite skeptical.But after going there and trying the ribs they were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place. And the prices are very reasonable. Plus they have a large salad bar.I am glad I tryed this place .I will definitely be back.😁

Warm homey and comfortable atmosphere. Servers are always polite and prompt to check on tables for any needs. Food is always delicious and the salad bar is to die for!

Rating just on the wings only since I've only been there once. The wings are better than that bbq place next to Publix in Live Oak! I'll definitely go back and try other menu items.

If you visit Chiefland, you must eat at BBQ Bill's. The breakfast here is great! Excellent grits, bacon, eggs, omelets, and the biscuits are wonderful! Excellent serving sizes, good prices. Great place for families! We've been here a week and have eaten there three times! Highly recommended! Enjoy your visit!

Very clean and super friendly service. Best barbecue I've had in a long time. I has the BBQ beef on garlic toast and the salad bar was fresh and delicious. Took my kids and they got the kids meals which were very reasonable at $4.95 and a large portion for them. We will most definitely come here again after a day at the Springs.

I love eating here. During this visit I stopped in on my way home (to Steinhatchee) after a long day at work in the Villages. It was really nice. I sat and ate by myself and my server was wonderful. She let me know the baked potatoes were taking longer and asked if I’d like a different side. I didn’t mind waiting and I was grateful to enjoy the rest of my meal while my baked potato finished. It’s definitely a great restaurant with excellent service

Loved the food! The pulled pork fell apart in my mouth. Definitely will be back.
