Love this Barnes & Noble! They have so many wonderful books to choose from and a Starbucks coffee shop all in one.

James. James did a fantastic job! He was kind, courteous, and quick to help me. I was a little confused about the store layout, but it helped me get my books. I was mainly looking for Dr. Seuss’ book Fox in Socks, and he found it quickly. I was also looking for a book about voice acting since I plan on taking some classes about it. James happened to have some knowledge of amateur voice acting and gave me some wonderful pointers. Sadly, the store didn’t have the book in stock, but James directed me toward the online store where I ordered some for delivery. James was a wonderful help and was very candid in helping me maneuver the store.

My daughters and I enjoy getting drinks, snacks, and sandwiches here. The people who waited on us were very polite. We enjoyed our order and flipped through books. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Had the absolute best experiences! James was wonderful and took time out his day to talk to me about which Pokémon cards were the best as well as told me the best deal I could get from them. Best customer service! Thank you James!

This place is like heaven on earth! The shelves are clearly labeled so that you can,easily, find what you are looking to find. The coffee shop is quite big &, at certain times,busy.
They have plenty of seating & free wifi(u just sign on)
Hugh magazine rack that spans one whole wall (plus some) A beautiful children's area with a wide array of "vintage" & new book authors! They have a greeting card section,gift wrap, gift bags...journals, artists tools,satchels.
A large cookbook section! A game section that seems to go on for a mile!
Clean bathrooms!!
Plenty of parking around the building with wheelchair access

Used to take my daughter all the time after camp in VA. Had the pleasure of taking my granddaughter and she LOVED being around all the books and picking out which ones each person could read with her. Afterward we enjoyed a Frappuccino! - sans coffee...

My husband and I frequent Barnes & Noble several times a week, and our choice of Starbucks drinks depends on who's working at the café. Among the staff, Tonya stands out as the absolute best. Her customer service is exceptional, and she has a knack for preparing drinks to perfection. There's something about Tonya that sets her apart; it's why we exclusively order Starbucks when she's behind the counter. Seeing her brightens our day because of her friendly demeanor and impressive expertise.

I love the new B&N. It is reminiscent of a small book seller. Coffee shop is the real deal too. Covers facing outward to entice you with a layout designed to suit the seller rather than the staff. Well done guys!

Nice selection of collectibles :) they went beyond my expectations,the lady at the register send another employee to get a pristine box which it was very nice of both of them. After I saw how much they care for their customer I even got their membership.

Haven't been to a Barnes & Noble for years since there's not one close by in my hometown. Decided to waste a couple hours looking for books and was very happy with my experience, brought back some good memories. Huge store with all kinds of genres, I loved all the little tables with different themes you could browse if you wanted something new. Definitely buy your books first since you get a $1 off coupon at the Starbucks inside and you can actually use it the same day! The barista Rachael probably made the best two Starbucks Frappuccinos I have had in my entire life, I ended up having 2 in the couple hours I was there. (One was a pumpkin spice and the other was white chocolate mocha) Plus she was so friendly and told me a couple places to check out in St. Augustine. If corporate people read this, she deserves a raise for her awesome coffee making skills.
Definitely recommend going a couple hours before closing if you're looking for a quiet place to study or just read new books you bought and don't want to be bothered.

Nice to find a brick and mortar bookstore where you can actually browse the shelves. Staff was very helpful in locating or ordering books that weren't in stock.

absolute booklovers paradise. with its vast selection, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff, it never disappoints. the organized layout makes browsing a breeze, and the delicious coffee from the in-store café is the cherry on top. this is my go-to destination for all things books, and I always leave with a smile on my face and a new literary gem in my hands.

Love coming here to get books for myself over the last 33 years . All the staff is helpful and kind and always willing to help and they have just about everything you wanna read or play with . Now I bring my daughters here and they love picking out the next book to read and use their imagination as well as keeping them excited about reading beautiful story's. One of my happy peaceful places ♥♥♥

Clean and always enough staff. Great lego selection that always surprises me. The Starbucks inside does get busy but the wait is well worth the top notch service provided.
