The Banana Factory

Ok...So Banana Factory is not the Ritz...it' a dive...but it's a GREAT dive...it 's a typical Old Florida bar and Restaurant. The beer and drinks are reasonable...the food is cheap and REALLY good. Smokers will LOVE this place. I don't smoke so I like to drink and eat outside which is nice...quiet.....pretty lights, kinda romantic. They make THE BEST Calzone and the Philly Cheese Steak was LOADED! The pizza is great, the hamburgers cheap and yummy..Had a dinner special before - all very good. Inside they always have live music to listen and dance too. I have always had a good experience here. Our bartender Jaclyn was very attentive even though we were the only ones outside at the time and she had a full bar inside. Banana Factory is not a 5 Star over priced fancy smancy hoitey toitey snobby establishment. It is a 5 star fun, value for your buck, good food and drink dive bar. F.U.N. . . . G O O D ! Oh...

We come here quite often because we enjoy the pizza and other food items. We know a lot of the patrons here. We played bingo today and I won a nice pot. Always have a great time here and they also have karaoke and bands on the weekends. Come and relax with your favorite beverages and meet some new people. It will be your favorite place too!

Love this place. They have music, good acoustics, and friendly staff. I have spoken to the owners several times and they are proud of their "dive bar" or "joint" and I concur. Great place to spend an evening for any age group or musical genre.

It's a nice place to go meet wonderful people of all legal ages up to 7?'s. Play Bingo on certain nights we have a lot of fun great food & special drink specials of course there is happy hour as well. If you have nothing to do come & join us down at the Banana Factory & tell the Bartenders Cathy said they were the Best!!!

While visiting Florida, had the best time singing karaoke and meeting the locals. I always love meeting new people and everyone ( staff and patrons) gave us a warm welcome. If you like karaoke, I definitely recommend this place. 5 stars

Great local bar. We were there on the evening of the Kentucky Derby. They gave prizes for the best Derby hat and were having music that night. Wonderful waitress and affordable drink prices!

Just moved here and went based on multiple recommendations and I will now be a regular. They have a happy hour but even without it drinks are still cheapest I've ever seen at a bar. Food was great people were friendly. They have a pool table, a Tiki bar out back, love music, and Friday kareoke. Highly recommend.

Not only can you drink and smoke you can eat here too! The food is honestly dam delicious i love the pizza. The staff is wonderful so is atmosphere and they have live music or karaoke serveral nights a week. Crowd is mixed but leans older not like fought in civil war old but not punk kids. Nice stand alone bar that you can still smoke inside.

They have a full bar with many call options. Plenty of different beer on tap and a variety of different bottled.

They also have an expansive and expensive food menu larger and more advanced than your traditional bar food.

I've only been there a few times and actually have yet to eat there but was able to look asst the menu on my last visit and plan to return to eat in the future.

Great fun rockin to the Whiskey Blind band. The place was packed, but our server Lyn took good care of us. And when Lyn was busy, another server backed her up and helped out. You don't see that too much now days!

This is the place where men and women can let their hair hang down. I watch people and i have not heard of any complaints about their food, music or service! Just the smoking! I have been going to this establishment for over 20 years! You don't have to be pristeen to enjoy yourself there. I have met and made a lot of friends there. Although i could suggest that it could be a little cooler when dancing. Thank you!

The staff are always kind and down to earth. I got stood up and managed to have a great experience anyways. The serving sizes for the food and drink are just right. Come down. You'll love it!

Very relaxing climate. Bartenders are awesome. Ask for Rachel. She always greets you with a smile. She makes.a mean.Long Island. Food here is all prepped by Papa Ron. I haven't had anything that wasn't delicious and far above the quality of any Italian restaurant

Proposed to my Wife here 4 months ago on the 26th during a 301 Travelers show. I contacted the band to help me plan it and it worked out well. She said Yes! Besides that, good food and service.

Thank you Tina for saving the day!!! All I wanted was a Bloody Mary. Had gone to a pizza place down the road and the horrible attitude from the bartender had me walking straight out the door. Came to Banana Factory and Tina was AMAZING. Gave her a quick rundown of what happened and she made me the BEST Bloody Mary in the world!!!! She even introduced me to a couple other patrons!!! WOW!!!! She is awesome and I got my drink fix LOL Go here!!! Drink here!!! It's awesome!!!

First time here. The manager is super nice and introduced herself. Bingo was going on and it was just about over when we got there...bummed about that. The drinks were. Prices reasonable. Bartenders attentive. Didnt try food.....

I was visiting family back in june. My brother and his girlfriend took me and my sister there for a night out. Tim was our bartender and he was awesome. Very nice guy. We had a ball with him. When I come back down I am going to make it a point to go back

Awesome staff! I really love that I'm part of a family when I walk through those doors. Great bartenders, AMAZING food from Papa Ron, great atmosphere and delicious drinks at a great price! Awesome bands and karaoke as well!
