Second time ordering and financing with Badcock and still a great experience! The financing helps my credit, and the furniture lasts a long time. We have had our previous couches from there for almost 7-8 years and still great quality even with dogs and kids. Can’t wait to get our second set.

She then introduced us to Josh who helped, communicated and promptly took our phone calls. Our delivery date was today and nothing but top notch experience! Highly recommend! We appreciate being warmly greeted, quickly shown to the area we needed, and then left alone to explore and shop at our own pace! We can’t stand when a salesperson hovers. When we did need help, Josh was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all our questions honestly and without a sales pitch behind it. We made our final purchase with the recommendations he made and couldn’t be happier! Josh is a Star employee and his incredible attitude is what truly sealed the deal. This is our second purchase at this location. Dani was awesome, she asked us the right questions to identify exactly what we were looking for and then showed us all the options. Had to go to the store to pick up our recliner and all of the associates were very friendly and extremely helpful. I have had to call the store a few times and I could not have had a better experience each time. The staff is so nice and professional and they go out of their way to help you . ! Amazing staff! I called the same day to inquire about a chest freezer to pay in cash and I was able to pay and pick up the same day. I was in need of a new loveseat couch and I have purchased furniture from Badcock before so I decided to check out their selection on couches. I saw a very nice blue couch but wasn't sure the color would go so the sales woman offered me a pillow to take home to see how it would go. I was so appreciative and I left a cash deposit in exchange. The color was so nice I went back the next day an purchased the couch. Now to see the couch as a whole in my space and I'd say this experience was a homerun all around. Thanks.

I came into the store today to find and purchase a mattress w/ box spring, & a bedroom set. Kelsie was very patient and kind to me. She answered all the questions & concerns that I had which she explain in everything in great detail. She didn't rush me at all while I was making my final decisions. Keep up the good work Kelsie!! I recently purchased a new Samsung curved screen TV at the store on SR 312 in St. Augustine.
My buying experience was absolutely terrific. The sales staff were completely interested in my request to be sure that the specific model I wanted was factory installed Bluetooth capable.
They even checked the factory specs on the internet to be sure.
I purchased a new leather couch there last year and my service was equally outstanding.
I recommend Badcock to anyone who wants top level personal service by sales people who truly care and always go the extra mile.

Josh helped me and my husband try to find a TV console that would work well with my current furniture. He went above and beyond to help us. He even brought over a chair ( which we had bought) to see how it would go with the console. He also suggested accent tables as well. He was really helpful and was not high pressure. We will go back and ask for him when we decide what exactly we want.
