We just renewed our lease. This storage facility is readily accessible. It’s close to our store. We like this facility because it allows the big truck trailer to come in and out without issues. This is great for deliveries. Jordan and Priscilla also assisted us well! Thank you

We’ve been using the storage room since 2018 until now which is 2023. Even through the hurricane Ian our items have stayed clean and bug free. We’ve had no issues with Hideaway Storage and would highly recommend them. We had a small interior unit, but it was perfect for what we needed. I really like the 24 hour access with a code which made you feel safe.

After Hurricane Ian there were no available storage units, BUT, Jason took my name and number and said he would call me as soon as something came available ; and he DID call me! I kept my storage unit for over a year and always had timely communication and excelllent customer service.

I’m here to add another review. Jason again has helped us stay up-to-date on promotions with upcoming available units. He has helped Justin ❣ and I get the best deals. The units are always very clean and the employees are always very helpful.

My experience learning about the storage facility policies, availability, options was pleasant and straight forward. No hidden fees. The facility itself is very clean, inside the units and on the driving lanes. It's super easy to get in and out .

I've been a customer at Hideaway storage now for approximately 8 months. Jason and Priscilla have gone above and beyond for me more than once and I've watched them treat every customer the same way. Rick keeps the place virtually spotless. The electric and water makes it really convenient to wash the salt off and or vacuum your vehicle before you place it in storage. 24-hour access assures you that you're going to be able to get to your belongings whenever you want to even in an emergency as we are no stranger to down here. Bottom line is that Hideaway storage in fort Myers gets an A plus in every single category. Going anywhere else to try to find better staff or conditions would be about as useless of an idea as a screen door and a submarine.
