Tuesday Morning

This is a discount store, no frills in how they display items or decorate their space, you need to be creative and take your time to look through the items. Do not expect personal assistance, the prices are not reflective of that. High end items at very low prices, and it can be overwhelming if you don’t know what you want. My suggestion is go with an idea or concept you are trying to create. It’s important when reading reviews to understand the purpose and concept of a business and review accordingly. Redecorating our home, stopped in and found the most incredible high quality 100% wool rugs for a fraction of retail price. I will say that the inventory turns over very quickly in here, so if you don’t see what you want one week, check in again the next!

The two women working the register last night, and tonight were so tall beyond helpful and went above and beyond!! I happened to drop my wallet (with my cash tips from work) they held it for Me(EVEN went SO beyond and called my work to tell them in case I didn’t realize where I lost it!) I had been I. The last two nights picking up a few things with the closing sale and had mentioned where I worked. So so so thankful for these sweet, honest, caring women!!! God bless them with The best karma!!! Amazing!!!!

Must visit the Tuesday Morning store in Saint Augustine, you won't be disappointed. The layout is easy to navigate, the diverse selection is timely and well maintained. Gonna need a buggy, expect to be pleasantly surprised as I was very pleased with the experience. The staff is very accomodating and happy to provide top notch products & real customer service. The staff is something out of this world. During one of our lockdowns, I kept checking by phone, on an item (a British tea) they were out of, and the store was expecting a delivery. I checked weekly, and eventually I kind of gave up, since the delivery would never materialize. When after a few weeks I tried again, the lady said that since they knew I'd be calling, they had been holding several boxes of the tea for me. They were happy that I'd checked back, because the delivery had taken place a couple of weeks before, and they didn't know how to get a hold of me. The next day I masked up, visited the store, and replenished my tea caddy.
That kind of customer service is the type you only experience from small, individually owned shops. Five star all around!
