I came in to fix my phone. After I seen the sign says phone repair in 15 min and I was in rush so the guy mike was his in there fixed my phone less then 10 min and I was happy and on my way we’ll definitely come back and definitely recommend to everyone who’s trying get they phone fixed this is the spot you should be at they will get that phone done in less than 10 min

Popped in to get my account number. Have been trying by phone, occasionally, with no help. They will only call your device with the information. I never got a return call from a manager as requested. Well, device is dead. Now what, go to store. Simple, nooo still haggle with the associate by phone. Associate had no access to the account number info 😕. But associate haggling was successful 👍. Leaving Boost mobile for good. Customer service by phone is not worth the headache 😑 Five stars are for the associate Tommy. Thank you ❤

Mo, Joseph and Gustavo are top notch salesmen. I was greeted by each one of them even though Gustavo was the Salam that I dealt with initially. The other gentlemen either helped me on the phone or online to get my part ordered and repaired as quickly as possible. Even though I walked in on a Saturday and the tech hadn't arrived and he had several other phones to repair ahead of mine, he was quick and efficient. The phone works great after the screen replacement
I will be bringing all my work to them and in the future I may even switch my plan and go with Boost Mobile. Either way they did an exceptional job if I could give 6 or more stars I would. Thanks Guys

Yes I went in to see the guys Mo (an company) here after having a horrible experience in my life and the three gentlemen that waited on me were absolutely wonderful and only kind and courteous but also understanding and empathetic to what I was going through. I got my IPhone screen fixed here last week and the owner/manager was very helpful. It was done in about an hour and the prices were very reasonable. They were one of the cheapest that I found in the area. The owner was also able to resolve a problem with my screen protector. Thank you!
