Absolutely love these guys- I work right down the street from them so I am always dropping off my packages to this location. I personally know the UPS driver who picks up from this location; he’s kind and treats your packages with TLC.

Always enough people working to get you in and out- a nice diverse group of young men. Always appreciate how quick they are to assist you- even grabbing large boxes out your car for you. There’s a closer UPS near my home - but I go out my way to give them my business. Five stars ⭐

AWESOME experience at this UPS store, knowledgeable, professional and super friendly team. Thanks to AJ and the friendly gentleman for helping me ship my nephew some snacks! We appreciate ya! If in the area, make sure to use them for dependable, fast and easy shipping! They have notaries on duty and other printing services!

Michael is amazing! I had an important item mailed out and the tracking number I recieved was missing a digit and he went above and beyond to help me and made sure the item was delivered :)

This location is fantastic. I’m not sure if he’s the manager, but the gentleman that’s always there has great customer service. He goes above and beyond. Always a pleasant experience no matter what I need.

This store is in a fantastic location. The staff is welcoming, able to answer your questions, and make the setup very easy. The prices are very fair and they offer good quality service. This store has a lot of different options for you to do your shipping services and receiving. The store is well-maintained and is inviting.

I can't say enough about the staff at this UPS Store. Came in a couple of weeks ago to return some amazon packages and was serenaded by one of the staff (name held to protect the innocence). This started a regular expectation of a song every time I come in the store. Cindy was amazing helping me to get a mail box for my business but we (the staff and I) always have a good time with lots of joke and laughter. The staff is very helpful and I love the energy they bring. I recommend this store if you looking for great customer service and a staff that will put a smile on your face, make your way down to the Lake Mary UPS Store. Thank you guys for all you do.

I’m super happy this location is right down the street from where I live so convenient. Everyone that I have dealt with has been wonderful. Great customer service in my opinion starts at the front desk. However, Cindy has STELLAR Customer Service her friendly approach and smile is so pleasing every time I go in. Does she get a day off? Lol. Her attention to detail and courtesy in making sure you have everything you need is amazing especially in this day and age. No rush for you to get out but genuinely concern for your particular need. THANK YOU Cindy!!

I LOVE this UPS store. I live in Deland and work in Lake Mary and I purposefully wait until I go to work so I can go to this UPS location. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and fast. Cindy is spectacular! She always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She goes above and beyond to help customers.

I had such a wonderful experience at this store. The Employees were so helpful tailoring suggestions based on my needs. I needed to use the UPS Freight service and they share tips and tricks on how to maximize my savings. They even offered to allow me to park in front of the store...and they helped me take my small items into the store! This is obviously a team that cares a great deal about Customer Service. The team that runs this location should be very proud of the work they are doing. I will continue to do business at this specific UPS store because of their kindness and helpfulness. Thank you!

The staff here is awesome. They are always so happy and willing to help you in whatever your shipping needs are. I come here many times a year to receive and ship my textbooks. I have never had a problem and they are always quick with scanning my packages out as well. I also came once for a fax and the one lady who was helping me out was very patient while I was on the phone waiting for someone to answer so they could fax the store my records. Great spot!

If you come to this store and see Cindy working you’ll have great customer service hands down, she is very sweet, patient and hard working. You can tell she is a people person and she enjoys talking to her customers to make them feel welcomed.

This is the best UPS Store I've been to yet! The owners are caring, hard working, and willing to answer questions! Most of the employees and the manager really care about their job and are all about the customer. Go here if you want great service and to get all your mailing, shipping, and office needs met! I don't go to any other UPS store. Lifetime customer! :)

Owner runs this store very well and she will help you with whatever you need. I've always had pleasant service here. I frequent this store a lot and its always a pleasure. Parking can be tight in this area around lunch/dinner due to the adjacent restaurants. Don't hesitate to come here.
