Dollar Tree

I went into the dollar store yesterday and was immediately greeted by GiGi. She was checking people out at the register and greeting those coming into the store. I was so impressed with her friendly personality! When I checked out she was just as friendly asking how I was doing, etc just as she had with the customers before me. Management should be proud to have her working at their store! Keep up the great job GiGi!

Gigi is the most positive friendly person I've ever met! She welcomed every single person in, was checking in on everyone, was sweeping and cleaning the store when she wasn't busy on register. She knew people that were walking in and asking them about their lives because she took the time to get to know them. People aren't like that anymore, she's so sweet :)

Clean, organized, stocked, and friendly staff. Best Dollar tree in Jax! Everyone that works here deserves a raise!!

Getting 5 stars for their employee Gigi. She was a breath of fresh air! Welcomed every customer that entered the store and radiated so much positively and happiness you could feel it the moment you walked in! I live over 45 mins away from this Dollar Tree, but I will make the drive for customer service like this! Such a wonderful shopping experience!

We are in a extremely unfortunate time, where people are just plain rude to each other; not saying thank you when someone holds the door open, or not helping someone that they see struggling to carry something. You get the point.
EVERYONE should pay a visit to this Dollar Tree when Gigi is working to remember how it makes us feel when someone is just nice, warm and welcoming! Gigi absolutely made my day today with her positive attitude, and making sure that not one person entered or left without receiving a "hello" and a "have a great day", topped off with her contagious smile! We and our children should be inspired and take a lesson from this lovely lady! Thank you Gigi🥰

Went there around 3pm Monday. The female clerk greeted every single person that walked through the door. Store was nicely stocked, clean and no long line when i was checking out.

RITA!!!!!!! This is honestly a review of Rita who literally is so kind and sweet and funny and actually cares about her customers. I know that because I come to this store all of the time and Rita has become a friend. This store is mostly full of amazing people who are so kind (except that boy who is a total jerk whenever he works). I genuinely love coming to this place and so does my dog. Literally my dog pulls me to the doors of the dollar store and then walks like she’s dying when we leave. She as well loves Rita so much. When I SAY Rita she knows we are getting in the car and knows where we are going. Okay now the dollar tree part. This store has SO much. They’ve got newer nicer things- I actually buy my facial serum and moisturizer there and they work so well- I used to buy at Sephora and spend hundreds of dollars. I get so many mundane household items here, water, snacks, cleaners, toilet paper, balloons etc. honestly it’s so cheap if it doesn’t work then throw it away but from what I’ve found I’ve switched a LOT of my daily household products from buying and saving here. You should never pass up this place they’ve truly stepped up with quality of products and you can’t beat 1.25 with the absolute nicest cashier ever who will most likely ring you out.

Jeremy was fantastic! He helped us with our balloons and was very pleasant at check out. Also, people were collecting for the Mandarin food bank, and it was a pleasure to purchase and donate right there.

Jeremy was the cashier today and the line at the register was very long, but he made sure to smile, say hi to everyone and thank you and goodbye. He is a young man with excellent customer service, well done!

This is the cleanest , best organized, well stocked dollar tree I have ever been to. They have stuff at this location that you can’t get at other stores. They have EVERYTHING.

Excellent store for private label and name brand products. Great any holiday items too. Always go there to save money.

Decent dollar tree, I visit so much one of the cashiers remembers me, which is always nice. She'll ask how I'm doing, etc etc. Quality customer service, that associate deserves a raise.
No complaints, its dollar tree. Every so often they'll have cool stuff in stock that's been marked down from other big box stores.

Everything is $1.. Not sketchy like some other Dollar Tree's in jax. great for people on a budget that need lots of household items. Not always the best quality or deals. However, if you know what to Get, it's a great store.

Came to this Dollar Tree to pick up items to decorate our office for the holidays (Lending Bear located at 9965-56 San Jose Blvd). They were very clean and fully stocked. I will be back again.

Love this Dollar Tree ... very nice staff.. great customer service and value. Quality and variety of merchandise of all Dollar Tree stores has expanded and improved tremendously in the last decade. Can't do without it :) !!!
