This store has such beautiful stuff! On probably our 3rd visit my husband and I finally decided to purchase some pendant lights to hang over our kitchen island. They’re absolutely stunning and the quality is great! The associate who helped us, Linda, was really nice. They did not have the lights in stock in the store so she ordered them for us and comped the shipping charges to our home. They arrived in just a few days and we love them! To top it off a week later I saw that the lights were 20% off on the website so I called the store and they’re matching the online promotion for us! Amazing customer service! Thank you and we will be returning!

I ordered several rooms of furniture prior to moving to Florida. David, Grant, Helen and the team provided outstanding service. From design, assisting with delivery and immediately replacing a broken piece. Highly recommend!

Had a 5-star experience there today. Ballard is like an upscale Target or World Market. Much nicer quality, still on trend. Helpful staff, although my process was a bit slow; go without time constraints. Their displays are inspiring, I loved looking around.

I've had a good experience so far, using Ballards Design Services team. Suzanne spent and hour and a half showing me fabric options for their custom banquettes. She listened as I showed her what I had in mind for our new kitchen space and patiently gathered fabric samples and pricing for me. She priced out multiple options and even emailed me a summary of it. Suzanne was very kind and easy to work with, adding good suggestions based on my needs.

I have purchased a number of items from this store. As a guy with no decorating sense, the staff has been extremely helpful, and, more importantly, patient. My home is beautiful thanks to their spot on recommendations. They've even told me when not to buy something. Thank you!

I purchased the 82" Oak Aldrich Glass Cabinet for my Antique pottery and porcelain. Before delivery there was a price reduction which Ballards honored. The cabinet is a work of art and was delivered in flawlessly perfect condition. This will be my most treasured piece of furniture.
