I had an amazing experience! Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Jaycee showed me everything and made sure to explain what she would be doing very thoroughly and gave time for questions. She was extremely easy to talk with and I felt like it was done in no time at all! I couldn't be happier with my brows and would definitely recommend setting up an appointment!

I had my brows done over a year ago and it was the best choice I made for my beauty routine! I had one touch up 8 weeks after I got them done and over a year later they still look great ! I was so nervous cause I had never done anything like it before ! I had powder ombré brows done by Jaycee ! She made sure i was comfortable during the whole process and left me looking amazing! Her attention to detail and experience definitely shines ! I definitely recommend getting this service done. Your won’t regret it ! I also can’t wait to take advantage of some the new services being offered !

I finally took the plunge and got my brows done by Jaycee last May/June and OMG. I don’t know why I waited to get them done, they’re phenomenal! At first I was shocked by bold they are but just like Jaycee said, they’ll fade a little after the first few days and they turned out perfect. For the price she offers, it is a no brainer to get them done. So happy with my results and I encourage anyone to get them done if you’re on the fence - you’ll thank yourself!!

Jaycee was so great! She definitely took her time & is very passionate about what she does! She’s gonna make sure you go back out on the streets looking your best! Jaycee from BLUSH was super patient, and knowledgeable. She took time to answer all of my questions prior to my appointment, as well as after my appointment. When I arrived to BLUSH for my appointment the atmosphere was very welcoming, and clean. I would highly recommend Jaycee and would consider her for other services as well.

Jaycee did a great job on my brows a year ago, so much so that I contacted her to do my annual touch up. Communication was poor while trying to schedule since the beginning of March, but eventually the service was scheduled. The morning of my appointment she told me that she needed to reschedule. It seems she scheduled my service on a day when she was also on call at another job and had been at that job all night. No problem. However, after 5 days of reaching out to reschedule she finally responded to tell me how little sleep she has been getting due to her other jobs and how busy she’s been. She offered to reschedule or refund, I chose refunding after more than 2 months of trying to make the appt happen. That was on May 12th. I still do not have my refund. I’ve contacted her several times to which she finally responded to say she refunded my money on May 14th and “it can take up to 2 weeks”. She also mentioned that her policy reads there are no refunds and that I agreed to that so I should be happy that she gave me my money back “no problem”. Except there is a problem….I don’t have it and who knew any business conscious person would hold to that when she was the one that cancelled? It is now June 1st and I still have no refund of the $175 I paid her to book as a returning customer. It’s too bad Jaycee is not fulfilling the business end of her company as she definitely has talent. However, her lack of customer service, communication and honoring her offer to refund after the fact that she needed to cancel my appt has shown her to be less than professional. Would not book with this company again.
