Easy to order online and pick up was easy. For the cost of a large bouquet, I think it’s worth it. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be, so for the cost of the fruit and the labor, I don’t think you can do it cheaper yourself. I bought it for my friends birthday and she loved it. Oh the chocolate covered strawberries were really good and the fruit was fresh and sweet!

Walked in for a quick last minute gift and the staff was amazing at helping me get the perfect one.

When a friend of mine ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my home (as a surprise to me) I was unfortunately at work and unable to receive the gift. The delivery man, Ricardo Lubin, went above and beyond his duties and called me and left me a detailed message notifying me that he attempted to delivery but did not want to leave the perishable item outside since I was not home. He even called the sender to speak to her. When I got his message it was later in the evening and I texted him to apologize that I couldn’t be home and was at work so was unable to answer my phone. He was so sweet and truly cared about delivering my gift in a timely manner and let me know he would try again the next day. Although I was not available to receive the arrangement he really did his best to communicate with me and try to work out a good time to deliver the gift or have me come to the shop to pick it up at my convenience. Thank you Ricardo for all your hard work! I received my gift and it is absolutely delicious ☺

I ordered a birthday gift for my Stepmom. I'm stuck in PA :( and I wanted to make her feel special, so I ordered Edivle Arrangements. I didn't realize they would be going to the beach that day and I got a call from the driver trying to make a delivery. His name is Ricardo Lubin and he is AMAZING. He took so much time and care to chat with me about the order and tell me what to do so it can be delivered the next day. The next morning I get a call from him that he is on his way to make the delivery. (Did I mention that he is the happiest person I've ever chatted with?!) Not only did he call me to tell me he was making the delivery, he sent me confirmation photos of the gift as he was delivering it to them.

Ricardo is an amazing worker, and if any of his managers are reading this, he needs a RAISE! He goes above and beyond for his clients. Thank you Ricardo!!! I didn't forget about you!

I'm giving it a 5 star because of the great service. My nephew was in the ICU, I ordered from NJ to be delivered to the children's hospital in FL. The fruit bouquet arrived with the balloon in a very timely manner the same day, that service was great. However, the 6 count box of pineapple cake and strawberry never arrived. The service lady was very kind to schedule a second delivery the next day as courtesy, and I confirmed my nephew received it. Thank you for correcting the error in a professional and quick manner. After surgery and recovery, this really brought a smile to his face.

We ordered an arrangement for my Mom for her birthday. I was a little nervous as we are in Michigan and she is in Ft. Myers. When she received the arrangement, she took a picture and sent it to us. I was so excited as it looked exactly like the picture, and maybe even a little larger. And they delivered on Sunday, which was her actual birthday. I would not hesitate to order again! Thank-you for a great arrangement that made my Mom’s day!

This staff at this store went out of their way to make a delivery to my mother. They went back three times to make sure she received her delivery and communicated with me about their attempts. They went above and beyond.

Excellent service all around. I called to place an order for my friends birthday the same day I needed it delivered and they did so without any issues. The arrangement was beautiful and brightened her day. Highly recommend!

happy with the arrangement fruit was good. tried calling the place and the phone just rang so I called back and got the same response. maybe they were having phone issues. went there to pick up the arrangement and was waited on quickly the arrangement was ready. would buy again.
