This is the best Metro by T-Mobile store by far! Carlos and his team are wonderful and if I have issues and need help, I know I can count on them to try to resolve it. They are patient and truly care about the customer. I'm a happy Metro customer because of Carlos and his team. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Brenden was awesome. He got me in and out in the time frame I had to deal with a teenagers broken phone today. I'm eternally grateful it wasn't a time consuming ordeal like these things can often be.

I've gotten my past three phones from this location, and I'm continuously pleased by their customer service. I've always been the sort of person who does my own tech stuff and phone set up and syncing.... But there is something so wonderful and utterly stress-free about walking into a store and having someone else do it for you. Today was no exception. Brendan was patient, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He did math for me and even showed me pictures of his cats while we were waiting for my new phone and old phone to sync. I've been very happy with Metro/TMobile's coverage, selection if phones and accessories, cell service, and costs and will continue to go there every time I break my phone.

Finally dropped att after 50 years. Samantha at t mobile was 10 star. She was very knowledgeable and set our new phones up. Never had better customer service. Thank you Samantha for a great experience.

Had all three associates help me figure out why I couldn't pay my Metro bill using my new Wells Fargo debit card. When they were through, they fixed everything and even refunded the five dollar sucharge on account I had to visit the store to pay. I walked out with a BIG SMILE with relief and thanked all 3 lovely ladies for helping me. Thanks, Charles.

I was very pleased with this location. I like no contract / pay as you go services and like buying the phones outright. The family were in great need of new phones and I had been wanting to try Metro for a while and was finally ready to switch carriers. They had outstanding deals on a great selection of phones when you switch from another carrier. **TIP** IF YOU ARE SWITCHING PROVIDERS BE SURE TO HAVE THE ACCOUNT NUMBERS FOR ALL PHONES ON YOUR PLAN AND BE SURE YOUR ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE!!! YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL YOUR CURRENT PROVIDER TO GET THEM BEFORE YOU GO TO THE STORE!!!** I found this out when I got there, so I had to call and it took me about 30 or 40 minutes to finally get someone to give me my account numbers, because they know you are switching companies. Also, each phone had a separate account number. Manda and Courtney were incredibly helpful advising us on phones and we ended up getting way better and newer devices for less money than anticipated. Our three line plan was also better and more affordable. We walked out with 3 Great phones (one of which was an iPhone), unlimited plan with tons of hotspot and $15/month less, and a free subscription to AMAZON PRIME!!! (all for about $385 out the door including first months service) They even stayed about an hour past closing to get everything done and done properly. I have never been happier about getting new phone service. Definitely give these folks a try. I hope your experience is as good as mine.

I complained and I complained and I complained but the complaint wasn't against them actually it's against the phone companies who produce these phones they're only doing their job and well we have to learn the right things to ask the right questions otherwise who's that fault we are for not asking the right questions getting the right information we have to think about what we're asking for and what we're saying if we don't put in the right info we don't get the right info out that's a no-brainer once you learn from your mistakes like I did you feel stupid but don't feel stupid all the time just get it right and make it right and makes you feel good about yourself and them we all make mistakes I know I made mine pray for me that he gets better I know it does it's up to us as individuals to do the right thing no need to talk bad about someone when it's your fault laughing out loud smiles

went in with my sister to get her phone problems fixed and the staff were extremely knowledgeable. Gave her different options when she asked about getting a new phone. They did not pressure her to get a new phone. They were masked and it was safe.
