Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this shop. What a pleasant experience! Andres greeted me as soon as I walked in and let me know he was there if I needed any assistance. He showed me several rings and was ready with the sizer as we looked at each of them. Tay finished up with me and I ended up purchasing a lovely ring for my daughter’s birthday. They cleaned it and boxed it up for me, as well. No extra charge. These gentlemen made me feel welcome and comfortable and the prices were fantastic! I will definitely be back! Thank you all so much! You made this mom happy and I know my daughter is going to absolutely love this ring!

I came into the store with a piece and wanted too know if it was true gold. These guys really looked out for me and made sure the lady was getting over on me, but they took great care of me!!!! Tay Tay, Tony, Andre were really great guys. Ask for any one of them and tell them I sent u!!!!

The guys at remedy pawn were really nice and accommodating but without the attitude you normally get from some other pawn shops . Alan helped me out by giving me a beautiful guitar case to go along with the beautiful acoustic guitar I purchased . They have a customer for life !

Tony is awesome! I found myself in a bind and had to sell jewelry I didn't want to. I found Remedy Pawn and per the reviews thought I would give them a shot. I am SO grateful I did. While I didn't have enough to sell to completely get out of my bind, Tony was above and beyond fair to me and I came real close. Thank you Tony!!
If you find yourself in a bind, are just wanting to sell some things and declutter, come here. You will be treated more than fairly. On a side note, this Pawn store is the cleanest! Pawn store i have ever been in. Also everything they have for sale is very organized and well priced... don't need to look for any other Pawn Stores!! Come here and see Tony.

Walked into the store and it was very clean and organized. I was beyond impressed!! The 3 men working in the store are Tony, Dra and Tray. They were very welcoming with happy faces. We discussed selling my gold I brought in and Tony was very honest. I felt like he was about helping us and still being able to resell. I would very much so recommend coming here if you have not. I know I plan on coming back again and again.

I came in today in a pinch and really needed extra cash. Tony was amazing, got me what I needed, and was super professional and honest. I will NEVER go to another Pawn Shop again. You can always feel when Pawn Shops are ripping you off, but not with Tony. He is the most honest person I've ever met at a Pawn shop. Thank you so much!!

I have used Remedy many times and when I saw the location on aurora was closed, I was very happy to find out they just relocated not too far down the road. I went in because I was in a pinch on bills and Tony helped me. He was very friendly and worked with me to come up with what I needed. They are awesome there and give you the best rates. They will work with you and help you the best they can. Thank you guys so much. I will definitely stick with always.

I bought a mobility scooter today and the gentleman that help me was Tony he was very respectful and compassion, it was the best customer service I have gotten in a long time he went beyond to help me get the scooter in my car.
