I've visited this establishment to have them replace a battery for my watch. They finished the watch right away and I was on my way, I told them I would return at a later date. I returned to find a birthday day present with my wife, Kelly and Robert helped us find a exceptional ring. They had it mounted in a reasonable time and I was so glad to see my wife so pleased with her gift. Thank you so much, JD
We had to return to our favorite jewelry to have my wife's ring adjusted. Kelly and Robert are so comfortable to work with, they are very professional and courteous. They adjusted and cleaned the ring for a reasonable price. Kelly also took the time to clean my necklaces both gold and silver for no charge at all, thank you! Now I'm able to shine bright next to this shinning star (Kelly). 🌟

I went to Travis Jewelers to buy a pair of beautiful gold hoop earrings. Love them! I had also been looking for an aquamarine ring for a long while but had been unable to find exactly what I was looking for. They mentioned they had loose stones I could view! I then purchased a fabulous stone and then they made for me a custom white gold band to set the stone. It’s absolutely beautiful and the workmanship of the ring is absolutely second to none!

I was recommended by a client to Travis Jeweler because I am very picky and I usually like to design I own piece. I brought in the stone and showed Robert and kelly how I wanted the setting. They are so professional and took their time to explain in details what they will do and how long it would take, they gave me options and their professional opinions which to me speaks a lot about the passion they have in their work. They tell you their prices and only when you agree and pay half up front that's when they will start. The staff are very helpful and nice I was so impress of all the beautiful pieces of jewelry in their showcases and learned that they custom design all their jewelry. If you are picky like me and choose quality over quantity , Then this is the place for you. I know I will never go anywhere else but to Travis jewelry.

This jewelry store is phenomenal! I stopped in to see if they had earrings and realized that they custom design jewelry! Mr Pinto not only repaired this ring that several jewelers refused to touch.....he sketched the design that I WILL be using for my wedding band. His wife is soooooo sweet and they did the repairs ahead of schedule. Thanks Again for the personal touch!!!!

So we started our adventure of engagement ring shopping at a chain jewelry store. Wasn't impressed with the prices, quality was very poor, loaded with carbon visible to the naked eye. So we googled "jewelry stores in cape coral" and found Travis Jewelers. I am SO glad we did! Robert and Kelly were amazing; allowing us to browse, answered all our questions, and educated us about the diamonds, differences in colors and clarity and they specialize in custom work, without custom pricing! There was no high pressure sales, no steering towards a higher priced diamond. They allowed us to take our time and reviewed all options. I found a beautiful solitaire, that was MORE reasonably priced than the chain store and MUCH better quality! My fiance' is custom designing his wedding band and I will do the same. Travis Jewelers has earned lifetime customers in us, and we will always refer others to experience it for themselves. They will not be disappointed. My phone camera does not do my ring justice, it is so beautiful and I love it! It was just what I wanted and we can't wait to see our custom designed bands! It took 13 years for the proposal. We are so glad to share this major event with Travis Jewelers and look forward to our relationship with them.

I brought my wedding and engagement rings in yesterday to be resized as they were no longer able to go over my knuckle. Kelly is the epitome of friendly and knowledgeable! As a first time customer, I truly felt as though I was visiting an old friend.

After examining the rings she let me know that my wedding ring was not thick enough to resize. While upsetting that I wouldn't be able to wear it again, it was so refreshing to be told the truth upfront. I left my engagement ring with her and it is already back on my finger! I will never go anywhere else for jewelry.

Fast honest service...walked in at 5:30 had a new clasp for my charm customed...cleaned my chain for free walked out at 5:50. Great people

Just picked up my new wedding ring that was redesigned by Robert and Kelly of Travis Jewelers in Cape Coral. The best word to describe my new ring is EXQUISITE! They took the original stones from my wedding ring and added stones from a necklace I had to create an original one of a kind ring that was so much more than I had anticipated for my new ring. Such care and attention given by Robert, Kelly, and other design staff. Highly recommend Travis jewelers for any fine jewelry needs - you will not be disappointed. My husband and I are amongst the newest loyal and returning clients of Robert and Kelly!

I have been with Travis Jewelers for many years now. I needed a good jeweler, so I asked one of my coworkers (who was always very particular about her jewelry) who her jeweler was and she gave me the name of Travis Jewelers. That was long ago and they've helped me with courtesy, professionalism and the work that was done, was exemplary. I have, through the years, referred them to others. Both Robert and Kelly have helped me, but so has their son, Derek. I've been so happy with them that I will continue to do use them as my favorite jeweler, but will continue to recommend them to others who want professionalism and exemplary work done. Everything about Travis Jewelers was exceptional. The custom ring they made for me is gorgeous. Kelly and Robert did a great job explaining everything. Derek did an amazing job with the design. I felt very comfortable working with them. If I have any jewelry needs in the future I will definitely go back.

Travis Jewelers is quite impressive! I was immediately comfortable with Roberto & Kelly. It’s a family atmosphere with state of the art equipment. I was given several options with repairing my ring and I wasn’t pressured. Their main concern was that I was happy with my ring. My ring was completed earlier than expected and I absolutely LOVE it! These people are great at what they do and they care. I won’t go anywhere else!

Amazing customer service, went to repair my Franco chain, and the process was not only speedy but the level of care I felt as a customer from talking with the owner made me a life long customer. I had a great experience working with the crew at Travis Jewelers. My mother went there and had a custom ring made and came away happier than ever so I knew when it was time for me to get engaged that's where I would go. Derek Kelly and Robert were awesome. They listened to what I wanted and helped me design the perfect ring. They never pushed anything on me or tried to sell me something I wasn't looking for. From the 3D designs to the 3D printing the whole process was easy simple and fast I couldn't be happier.

I went to Travis Jewelers to have a ring custom made for my wife. As soon as I entered the store I was warmly greeted by Kelly. She was very friendly and personable. I gave her a picture of the ring and a couple design requests. As well as some jewelry with stones they could use in the new ring. They credited me the gold towards the cost of the new ring. The price was far more reasonable than I expected for a custom made piece. I came in a few days later to see a model and computer image of what the ring looked like. The ring was ready about a week and a half later, which was before they said it would be ready. The finished ring was nothing less than AMAZING! My wife was extremely happy and has worn the ring every day since! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with Travis Jewelers. The owners are down to earth people who took their time to explain how the ring we designed with them will be made. We were very interested to learn everything we could about the craft that they are so passionate about. I can't wait until my new ring is ready to show our families since the stones from my Mom's engagement ring will be used in my new ring. We had my wedding ring set repaired and cleaned also and it is amazing how beautiful these rings are again.

Recently i misplaced my favorite pair of earrings. Travis jewelers were confident they could replicate with pictures. Though the pictures did not give a complete angle, they continued to revise their work until I waa satisfied. They nearly captured the design. I was certainly pleased with the product and the pricing.
I have also taken jewelry for repair. This family owned business is very personal and pleasant! I would recommend this company to both my family and friends.

Robert, Kelly and Derrick were amazing to work with! We needed a wedding band to match my engagement ring. We went to Travis Jewelers based on feedback from google. Robert came up with a design that was better than the original band. They created a model so we could see what it would look like. They completed the ring in 3 weeks (earlier than quoted) and it was BEAUTIFUL! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Travis Jewelers will be our First choice for any future purchases.

Honestly some of the best people ever! They were extremely professional, helpful, and creative! Wanting to take this next step in life and get an engagement ring came with a lot of uncertainties and in an overwhelming market I didn’t really know where to start.
