I had a wonderful experience with very kind staff to help me. Diane herself took my ring to be sized and it came back in less than a week, completely seamless.

Been coming to see Diane and her amazing staff for over 6 years. Every occasion, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Birthday's, Christmas. There's always something new and a great selection on Pandora and more!

Needed to replace a watch band and shorten a band.
After my GPS sent me in circles 2 times around Coralwood Mall, I found Diane on the street of Del Prado Blvd.
Though they were busy I was quickly helped. I had my issues taken care of. ( Note: They now photograph your items when dropped off for repair along with a description. Good security procedure.)
My item was fixed and other to be picked up later.
A good experience.

Great place for Pandora and excellent for repairs to your fine jewelry. This was my second ring Diane's replaced the prongs around the stones for me. The rings were both beautifully done. Their Pandora selection is as nice as the Pandora Store at Coconut Pointe Mall and the staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I came word of mouth to discover this good jeweler. Check them out for your self.
