Trustworthy And Decent
I have been taking my older (200,000+ miles) truck to this shop for several years now. My truck runs literally like a brand new one in large part due to their work.

I do not feel I have ever been taken advantage of even when there was ample opportunity to do so. To my best experience they do not manufacture problems and I have never felt price-gouged.

If you are seeking to buy an older truck and have it gone through mechanically to avoid a ridiculous vehicle note then this is your shop to patronize. I will continue to use them in the future along with recommending their service. And no, I’m not related to them and am in fact one of the out-of-starters who have moved in over the past several years.

I had a sudden tire problem on my way from Bell to Clearwater. Thankfully this business was only 900 feet from where my problem happened. I cannot say enough positive about this business. James, in the office, was extremely helpful as well as the young man (I'm so sorry I didn't ask his name) who very attentively and quickly took care of fixing my tire. Imagine my surprise when James told me to just drop off the repair amount on my way another time since I did not have the cash and he didn't want to charge me the extra 4% for a credit card charge. I'll of course be back and pay but it totally made my day, warmed my heart and affirmed my continued belief and the goodness of people. Thank you James, so much, and I'll be seeing you soon.

No reason to drive a broken car with these guys in town. Honest and very good mechanics. Really happy to know they’re around when I have a problem I can’t deal with. They are the opposite of my dentist, because I really look forward to going to their shop.

Showed up with a tire that needed replaced. Had a new tire on within less than an hour. An affordable tire at that. The autoshop before this was going to throw on a $400 off-road tire because they didn't have what I needed in stock. This shop was quick, friendly, and affordable. I also have two small children and the gentleman working the desk was kind to them. Gave my boy a lollipop after asking if it was ok. I unloaded the tire before the gentleman in the shop got to me. He was apologizing for not being at the vehicle fast enough. At the end another loaded it up. Great service

Always friendly and will do all they can to make sure your getting what you need. Prices are very reasonable as well. Only place I go now for maintaining my vehicle.

Being new to the area, I chose this business for my tires I needed. They ordered the tires and made an appt for the next day. Due to a power outage, they fit my vehicle in the next day. Not only did they change my tires, they went above and beyond and did my oil change that we planned on making an appt for another time. We have found our place to go for our vehicles.

Excellent service great people they went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with the car and i was kept updated along the process definitely recommend them very affordable and great service.

I've come to cheifland auto, as a snowbird, for a few years now. I've talked with James at the front desk everytime, and they're quick to access what "we" think is wrong. I've come in thinking I'm gonna pay an arm and a leg, and instead get upfront affordable and Honest repair. Saved us all time, and me money!
